Love love this mega market. Their meats are fresh, friendly and helpful staff. The best find ever. It was like a hidden gem. Whenever I visit London definitely will go back
Very nice and amazing customer service with greetings. The employees are so helpful abd kind. But when it comes to wifi , there is no wifi at all. As soon as you enter inside the store network disappeared. So they need free Wi-Fi service.
The sushi was really good and alot of different foods. Plus the have beer,wine and ciders.

First off, wonderful friendly staff who go above and beyond -- especially the butchers in both the seafood and meat sections. Whenever we can't find a product, they always check the back and see if they can get fresh cuts. Their knowledge about different animals and cuts is great. The store is always clean, some great deals but definitely more pricey than some of their sister stores. Very navigable unlike some surrounding grocery stores.
Live next to it. The place is awesome. Rates are ok. Got student offers if you are a student.

Check the best before date as I have bought items off the shelves that were past due date. I once overheard a trainer telling the trainee that he didn't have to worry about rotating products on the shelf.
Such a great store, it's just a pity that some of the staff have issues. Perhaps some customer service and diversity training would help.
Bright, cheerful.... Aka they have my favourite caramel ground coffee and silk almond coffee creamer ... Seafood staff went above and beyond to find my son the right seaweed snack.
