Love metro... it's a grocery store with the works,...their prepared foods is excellent....I like to get their sushi made daily or their seafood medley which is super fresh...and don't get me started on their bakery..their birthday cakes are to die for..I could go on and on about how great they are but there isn't enough ink in the world to write down all the positive things except only one down side is the regular basic groceries are sooo expensive so I reserve that for their subservient store food basics and only buy Metro's prepared foods which are reasonably priced..one more thing about Metro is their house plants which are absolutely terrific but heavy on the pocket change...
Pricey, but worth it when it comes to items like produce, bakery, and fresh fish. Staff are helpful. Convenient location. Plentiful parking.Click and collect service there is great, too. Very attentive shoppers. For example, they were out of the vegetarian hot dogs that we ordered, so they called to ask if they should still purchase the hot dog buns that we had ordered. Or they have called to ask for suggestions for substitutions. We have not experienced that level of thoughtfulness at any other click and collect store in London.
Metro is a great store to find higher quality and fresher produce items although it's normally a good 50¢-$1.00 or more expensive per item but they do offer air miles
A large, clean, full service store, with florist, deli, wine and beer included, and an Air Miles participant. Lots of parking and a great location at one of London's busiest intersections.
They have a great bakery and butcher. And made to go hot food and pre-made sandwiches. With a Pharmacy.

I went to the physical store about a year ago for my sword cane then ordered my hunting knife online now I have a security Baton on the way that I ordered online. This place is amazing online and in store. Amer Bhatti is awesome

EXPIRED CHICKEN!!!Went to this metro location 2 days ago and bought $200 worth of groceries and the chicken was supposed to be good until the 30th of October, however when I went to portion it and put it in the freezer I realized the chicken was expired but packaged as not expired. Went back to return it but they refused because I didn’t have a receipt (the cashier never offered me a receipt and I don’t really keep grocery store receipts) but the product was clearly from metro , clearly expired and sold as not expired. Extremely disappointed at this store and it’s poor customer service/management. I will never return to this store and tell others not to either.
Decent produce and fresh meat selection. Shopping here can get a little pricey but they sometimes have some nice deals. I especially like the bakery section for the selection of fresh danish, cinnamon buns, cookies, muffins, and bread.
