Really dirty. Walls, floors, washrooms, counters. Absolutely everything was dirty. Edpecially behind the counter. I was there at 4pm on 7-May-2022. When I pointed it out to the manager, he replied with "I has someone just start 2 minutes ago." I said, "This problem is much older than 2 minutes." I didn't get a response.I think they forgot how to clean the restaurant's interior during covid.

Had a bad experience last weekend I went in this morning the following weekend and she made it right:) She made sure we got piping hot meals that were served fresh. And the way that she treats her team and all the staff that she was working with was unbelievable! Put a smile on my face way to go Meaghan!! hire more like these ones McDonald’s:)
Man you guys are special, who puts a kids fry upside down anyways. You ask me 15 an hour is far greater then you deserve. Decided to try this location again after a few yrs looks like all the specials work at this location I'll continue to avoid it in the future ..unbelievable.. a kids fry really
Starting to like the coffee at Mcdonalds better than another large coffee chain.I drink mine black an get the full flavor without cream an sugar added to mask the taste..
Small main floor dining, but nice to have second floor dining. Lots of parking. Clean McDonald's, food and service met my expectations.
McDonalds is McDonald's clean great fries and good ice cream. Gee I wonder what I buy there.
It's a McDonald's but when you really want this is a decent place
Just ordered 2 cheese burgers large fry and a coke. Come was half full same with the fries. And the burgers weren't even edible, they were so dry that not only did I choke on trying to eat it but so did my dog. The burger literally got stuck in his throat... never going back there again.
EDIT:Changed it to 1 star, would put 0 if i could. Worst mcdonalds in london. Highly reccomend new staff entirely at this point. Or maybe better training, especially in customer service.Front staff has attitude. Whatever happened to being fake nice to customers? Yall screw us in prices. At least be sweetly about it
They close their doors whenever they feel like it. I’ve been told multiple times they close inside at 9 yet have been locked out well before 9 MANY times. When I ask why the door is locked I get “we are short staffed, we close early in the winter because we don’t get enough foot traffic, we lock the doors when it gets too busy inside, it depends on the manager.” Always a different excuse. No hours posted anywhere on the door and it says 11pm online. It’s really frustrating when I place a mobile order and have to HOPE they’ll bring it outside to me even though it’s paid for. Super annoying and unprofessional.
