Messed up order. Only will send coupons in the mail???? It's the same day and they won't fix it? Looks very messy and unsanitary inside.Will not be coming back here
I'm sick and tired of my orders being wrong. I ordered 3 kids meal. All nuggets with fries. We we're told to pull over for fresh fries. Waited 5 minutes. That i didn't mind. We get home every box had no freaking nuggets. Like we live not that close. Drove back and the order taker laughs. Manager finally comes and apologized. And admitted it was his error. He remembered our order. Beside me another customer didn't get his order right. I Told them they better train better.
Absolutely brutal experience at 8am on Saturday the 4th... Waited in an empty drive thru for someone to serve us and when someone finally asked to take our order; trying to order was a mess. We had to repeat ourselves several times and our order still wasn't right.Upon reaching the window they had our coffee order wrong, wrong muffin, gave me a ham breakfast sandwich instead of sausage and we had to ask twice for butter for the muffin (which was not heated as asked) and then we had to ask a 3rd time for a knife to spread the butter.Not sure what was up but hopefully the team can start communicating better so the location doesn't suffer for it.
I can’t with this location. It is either stale nuggets, fresh nuggets with no sauce, no straw, or whatever minimum wage worker mindset you get within your order. We pay your wage, stop being greedy and do your simple job. I’d get fired easy if I messed up as much as you guys.
Large orders are always made poorly. Not enough fries when being served and wait times are horrible.Mayo is applied to the buns by what I can only imagine is a malfunctioning mayo application robot.Audit your sandwich makers.
Welcoming environment though everytime I go I never leave with a habanero mchicken I always get a regular one given to me and usually have to return to get it remade . Last time I didn't even get the right order and fries were not fresh . We were taken care of but it's pretty consistent. Little disappointing.
I would like to see the coffee cup point system back on the cups. It's almost like your franchise is trying to punish seniors for not having a cellphone to get rewards through an app. This is so totally unfair game for seniors. Not many that I know carry cellphones at 80 or passed
Even on a super slow morning you'll be asked to pull ahead and wait 10mins for them to cook a McMuffin. Not once in a blue moon, every damned time. They are extremely slow and unorganized at this location. Avoid at all costs, the one on Hamilton and Highbury is great, foods always handed out the window immediately
Twice now the kids running this place will screw up your food order. It’s getting just as bad as Highbury / Cheapside. Only reason for the extra star is that they were quick to fix the error.
When you pull up in the drive through they got some stupid robot asking you if your collecting points, lol we thought it was a lady asking us the same question over and over again, I left and went in on the other side just to find out it was a robot talking... they need to talk that part out. Lol
