Did a mobile order today could’ve believe how quick I had my food was awesome service was good fries were hot and ice cream hit the spot
The people working a very nice and kind but this is the 2 second time I want home to the family and was missing half my order I try to call but no one picks up please check your food before leaving this place I couldn’t really check this time because I had my baby crying in the car wanting to go home quickly as possible I thought it is they’re job to check the food going out but guess I was wrong
Food and service are good. Very busy location. Sometimes there are very creepy people outside just creeping. Can be sad/scary waiting in line.
The worst in terms of manners and dealing with people. They think themselves the customers and we are who are paying the money are their salves. This is the worst place to eat or buy food in the world compared to any place to eat or buy food from not only McDonald’s I believe not going there will make me and you in a better mood
Not open at night!It says open 24 hours but it's only the drive thru. And my work truck is too tall to use it. Can't go inside to order food. Use the bathroom. Nothing. I work nights McDonald's is one of the few places open to get anything food drinks ect.... but even if they say they are open online I can not give them my business.
Always fast and friendly even at 6:00 am when picking up coffee
I don’t know if anyone has noticed but I think “shrink-flation” applies to fast food as well. Their food is getting smaller but price stays the same.
This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location. The staff don't know how to count and will charge you for a double hamburger and only give you a single, even though I've specifically said a double hamburger and confirmed.
I hate that I live near this location. Do you guys EVER answer the phone??They forgot my burger last week and I called numerous times that day, and a few times randomly here and there. Like today at 3:30 so they're not busy, yet still no answer.I also filled out the survey online saying I want a call back and its been a week, no call.They also take FOREVER all the time, I've had to sit in the drive through for half an hour numerous times.There are 2 other locations along wellington on your way out of town, go to them instead.When you don't give out food that was paid for, that's stealing.
