If there was a word explaining poor standards of service, would have used it for sure. The place has become the worst McDonald’s In my experience compared to all others in the city.I used to be a regular and my family n I usually would spend considerable amount at this store. Not anymore. The staff first of all are obnoxious and the entitled behaviour is as if they own the store. I hope the owner understands the value of such bad experiences and worst standards are gonna make them loose more business than gaining.

The one old white lady who works on Wednesdays, was being racist to me and my friends and put fingers in the drink cups while giving it to us, this may seem not important but it is covid and i do nit feel comfortable with that. It really made us uncomfortable we are afraid to come again because of these facts as well as her constant looking at us in what appears to be something of disgust. im not sure if she is racist or just insanely rude but either way i do not like this at all.may i add we are in elementary school and she has put her hands on us and looks at us as if we would steal. We used to come here almost everyday but we are afraid to come now.

Any other McDonald’s in London is better than this one. Service is terrible, long wait times, orders are never correct. Fries are never fresh and they can’t even mix a McFlurry properly. Don’t go here.

I ordered a meal and a mcflurry, I ate in the restaurant and they took forever on the mcflurry, then when it was done they left it on the counter just out of reach, and trying to get anyones attention is impossible purposefully ignoring you. So I went behind the counter myself to get what I paid for. Tables weren't clean it was disgusting eating there. The staff is very rude and pretends to be busy so as not to deal with costumers. Don't recommend this location.

Worst location. They managed to make every item as poorly as possible. Down to coke that tasted like bitter soda water. So very nice to get home and discover I visited the worst McDonald's in London. Be warned. Avoid this location, go hungry instead.

Because no Tim Hortons around at this intersection ( Wharncliffe & Oxford ), I forced to take my coffee here. Very busy location (specially at lunch time ), small parking lot & the coffee was not hot. I rated 2 stars for the friendly staff

Really try to avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. But here I went again. Ordered a jr chicken and fries. Via the app so they knew it was coming. 1 person in front of me and I was asked to drive to the wait spot (fine I suppose). Wait 11minutes and 10+ cars. Get out in the snow to the locked door so I had to wake up to the drive thru window.I do feel bad as I was a bit harsh to the nice younger lady working the window. I apologize. Hungry at 8pm and thought I ordered the signature of McDonald’sShe was kind. And food was made well.

I am very sad, I was very excited, but unfortunately the request is incompleteI ordered a double burger and got one

People here working are so careless and can’t even fulfil the orders as being told them to. Today i ordered a junior chicken with extra chicken patty, even i asked the cashier about the order whether they made the order correct or not. The cashier told me that its good. I payed the full amount for my order but these people never fulfilled the order. Shame on you guys.

The girl taking the order did not have any sense to talk, we were waiting for our order and she is talking with her coworkers loudly in hindi language and abusing each other. They have to learn how to deal with customers at drive thru.Worst service
