Quaint small restaurant in Wortley Village that serves traditional Thai cuisine, as well as other dishes that are suitable for local palates. Really enjoyed the rich flavour of the Green Curry with chicken ($13.99+tax), though wish the portion size was larger. The Pad Thai w/ chicken ($13.99) is a classic and makes you wanting more. Mai's platter ($12.99) has an assortment of appetizers to sample for the indecisive folks. Beautiful decor inside despite the unassuming exterior. Somewhat distinct restaurant from the other pub-style restaurants mainly lining the block. Worth a visit!
Great little Thai restaurant in Wortley Village - today I had the Green Curry and it was excellent! Top quality veggies and chicken in a very fragrant spicy curry sauce. Big portions, really friendly service and reasonable prices make this restaurant a regular choice for me!
Great "hole in the wall" type of place. I don't know what I was expecting, but inside was cute and relaxing and the service was great. It's definitely more authentic Thai, my boyfriend got the green curry (which he gets from other restaurants all the time) and it was SPICY! He loved it, there was so much flavour, but he was definitely used to less spicy versions.
Without a doubt the best Pad Thai I've ever had. Its consistently great, and the serving sizes are amazing. The staff are friendly and the food is served quick even when its busy. Whether its take out or dine in, its always a treat to visit.
Amazing food and even more amazing ladies who work there ... so lovely and would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
It was way to hot to sit inside the restaurant. The lady there even after complaining said it was fine for her. There were other people who felt the same but she did it bother. Food was not great either. Green Curry shrimp was too watery with really uncooked vegetables. Finished the salad and we left the restaurant as we. Oils not sit there any more.
Ordered cashew chicken, lemongrass soup and drunken noodles. Well spiced, good portions and very polite staff.
Went today for the first time. Fabulous little gem. Food was fresh, HOT and plentiful .. prices were awesome and service was 10 outa 10 .. Everything we ordered was delicious from the cashew chicken to the drunken noodle.. Mai platter was great and the coconut shrimp incredible. Topped it off with the fried banana and icecream Oh my Dellish!!
This is a definite hidden jem! A must for lunch, dinner or take-out. The food is absolutely incredible. It's no wonder the reviews are so positive. The owners/staff are incredibly friendly and the restaurant is one of the clearest small businesses I've visited in a long time. Fantastic discovery a must if in Worley Village.
Enjoyed the meal. Pad Thai, pineapple rice, mango salad shared between 3 of us. The service was gracious, friendly and timely. Would definitely go again.
