Food is good but it is more expensive than little panda
This has been my husbands preference for Chinese food for as long as I’ve known him. I stopped tonight to pick up some dinner for him as a surprise. Well the surprise was on me. I realize the pandemic has been hard on businesses but this place is absolutely filthy. The dining room is still closed and tables are shoved to one side with boxes of who knows what all over the place. It’s a mess, more like a locker room than a dining room. The whole place needs a good cleaning. If this is the front of the restaurant what does the kitchen look like? Building looks very sketchy, windows are filthy, doors into kitchen look dirty. On top of this, the food has gone downhill and is not like it used to be Last time. Clean it up people. I do not like hurting a business with such a negative review but they have no web sight, no messaging capability to provide a private message and I am so appalled by what I saw tonight, I could not be silent.
Everything was hot and ready for pick up! Staff were very friendly! Everything tasted amazing! Chicken balls were delicious, breaded shrimp, moo goo guy pan, Chinese vegetables - everything was so so good. :)
My wife and I have been ordering food from lotus garden for years and have never been disappointed! The food is alway fresh and hot! And there is NEVER a long wait! My wife and I enjoyed a dinner for 2 with wonton soup tonite and there was plenty left over for a second helping tomorrow!
Disappointing is a fairly good description. Eggs rolls sucked. All air, hardly any filling and the smallest I've seen. Orange chicken tasted okay but the container was nowhere near to being full. The fried noodles with pork were decent. For the money paid very poor value
Terrible! Ordered for my aunt's 75th birthday. Food was cold when we got it. Called to see if they would reimburse me a portion of thebill and they said no! This is how you treat a customer that's ordered from you for over 20 years? Unbelievable! Not going back EVER!
