Myself and a few friends and family members all went for dinner to Lone Star and had an amazing experience. The waitress Trouble was very attentive and great help with menu selections. The managers Dozer and Bourbon were also absolutely amazing as they also made sure that we all have everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place to eat as the atmosphere is amazing and the staff is even better.
Had an amazing time at Lone Star in London tonight. Our waitress Trouble was awesome, so efficient and polite. I was so pleased to see that the manager Dozer came over several times to check and make sure everything was good and that we were happy with the service. I would highly recommend for people to try this restaurant, service was excellent and the food was perfect. We also met the other manager Bourbon who was very nice too.
I start by saying this is my first review ever and I’m no spring chicken. This restaurant had fast became our favourite lunch time destination when visiting London. But unfortunately after three bad experiences in a row you are out. I class ourselves as easy going and quite laidback. Our latest visit start with us waiting and waiting for someone to appear to seat us. Eventually my wife went and found someone. Fast forward food ordered (we are one of three couples in the restaurant). This time we order Chicken Enchiladas to change things up after our last two bad experiences, Did I say we used to love this place. Both meals arrived cold amazing considering it involves melted cheese. (restaurant 101 serve food on at least a warm plate). We didn’t want to send the food back because we have all heard the story’s about the kitchen revenge if you know what I mean. But the food was uneatable so we asked for it to be microwave. During this time a gentleman had be waiting at the bar for at least 15 minutes for service. Well the food arrived back on a cold plate lukewarm and tasteless. To top it all we had to wait for ever for the bill while the waitress had a lengthy conversation with a friend. I’m so disappointed to have to write this review!
Went to celebrate our anniversary tonight and wanted to try this place out waited in the lobby for someone to seat us for about 5 minutes no one came to the doors! We took out Business somewhere else
I cannot stress this enough, they are the most amazingly nice people to deal with, they have helped me with everything I’ve asked of them! Dallas was so amazing at helping me reach the manager and come to a solution, she is so nice and sweet and amazing at her job! The manger Layla was also such a nice person to deal with, we found a solution that was perfect! They have both helped me so much to resolve a situation and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the results! 5 stars all the way, you ladies deserve it!
Lively place to come and have dinner with friends and family. We got a variety of entrees and everything was perfectly cooked and instructions were followed down to the T. Their fajitas were the star of the night. Plentiful and overloaded with great taste and texture. It’s also fun to eat!Only thing would be the frozen margaritas took really long and they gave us the wrong one too so it took longer for us to get our drinks than the food. Margaritas were good tho!
I saw that the reviews were not that great but decided to give this place a try. I could say that it is what it's rated for. The place is clean and the stuff is very friendly and professional. But the kitchen has a place for improvement our steak was burned and the chicken was dry?. So that's why 3/5 sorry ?
We were there tonight for dinner. Our meals were fantastic, the drinks were cold and our server Brandi ( and her trainee ) were great.
I ordered their hot honey wings a few days ago and really enjoyed them. They were a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. This evening I ordered them again with my family and they were completely inedible .. the heat level was actually unbearable to the point it actually hurt to breathe.When I called to get an explanation of why my order wasn't consistent with the last one I made a few days prior I was put on hold for someone to find a manager. The quality was not good and the sauce was all over the rest of my order making it completely inedible.When the woman came back on the phone (not a manager).. she told me to go to the website and email for a discount on a future order without any other resolutions.I will not be ordering from here again, if you can't make the same order the same twice within a few days why would I order from your establishment again.
Structurally, the restaurant is huge but the quality of food was way below average. The buffalo chicken fajita was tasteless. The rice they used as a side was poor quality of rice (not sure why I was charged so much for the food then) and I really regret spending my time there. Not going back again for sure. The cocktail was good.
