The LCC hasn't been at this location for a while now. It's now called Adam's Ice Cream Kingdom with Kawartha ice cream.The new place looks unkempt, the refrigeration system was very loud, the waffle cone tastes terrible and the employee serving me put wads of ice cream instead of properly formed "balls".
Though I didnt shop here directly. I had the pleasure of sampling their ice cream from the local parlour that wholesale purchases from them and my word it is amazing. Moon Mist and Nanaimo bar were the best american style ice cream I had ever tasted. Wish I can purchase direct to home from the actual London Ice Cream Company...I want a big bucket of that moon Mist in my freezer. :)
A hidden gem that offers DELICIOUS ice cream and creative creations. In addition to their ice cream, their friendly and kind service will keep you coming back. A huge plus, they have no sugar added ice cream.
We didn’t know your shop relocated so we went to your old location where we found there was another ice cream shop called “Adam’s Ice Cream Kingdom”. After some research and trouble finding your new location(we drove by it twice) we found your new shop. The sign on the grass is small and not very noticeable. We recommend erecting a large sign on the face of the building so people can see the signage from both directions. The current sign above the entrance storefront is not visible when driving south on white oaks road and is not very large so again hard to see even when driving north. Just pointing this out because unless you’re looking for the shop nobody would know it’s there.FYI your address on google is updated however when asking for directions in maps it shows directions to your old location; would help your loyal customers find your new spot if this was updated.As always, loved the ice cream and we will be back!
The best ice cream I had in Ontario by far. I had the mango and monster cookie. Both were not overly sweet and melts right in your mouth. Perfect after a meal or on a hot summer day!
The best scooped ice cream in town for the size and price, can't be beat anywhereHowever giving them a 1 star review because their walk in location has now left...I was soo sad when I realized the pink steps were repainted and the name changed to Andy's Ice Cream Kingdom.Will never go there again. 1 small scoop is 4.99. I had to eat the cone to get to the ice cream...LONDON ICE CREAM WHERE DID YOU GO?????
We loved coming here as it is only a short distance away. The product was always excellent and the staff always top notch! We are disappointed that this location is closed for good.
We saw you pack up from across the street and me and at least 20 others are going to miss getting our walkers shined up and coming over a lot during the summer. We are sure going to miss you, guess we will get some from the variety store. good luck

One of the beauties of London, Ontario is small gems that one may accidentally run into. Case in point, London Ice Cream Company, located in a small road and away from busy main street! An unpretentious, good ice cream factory where one can enjoy some amazing ice cream!My understanding is that London Ice Cream has been around for 25+ has continues to amaze Londoners with its creamy "old fashion" ice cream.They truly make quality ice cream. The ice cream is made in premis and each tub is filled with love, care and quality to serve the clients.I wish we had such an old fashioned ice cream company in Toronto!Keep up the good job!
