Always, always great food! I have the half chicken with fries for lunch and really it was a portion large enough for dinner. The chicken came with their own mild barbecue sauce which is very good.. I added their hot version (which really isn't too hot) and it was just excellent. The fries were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. Great service .. it was quick and it was very friendly! Definitely recommend this and definitely going back!
Good food! Online service needs work. Went to pick up food but staff could not find my order.Finally they realized someone had refund my money because they could not fulfill my order, but they didn't tell the staff or customer.I traveled to their location, I did not receive food or any emails saying that they could not complete my order.Suggestion, on online ordering website try to let the customer know before they pay that product is not in stock.Please look at Swiss Chalet's online ordering system to see how is done properly.
I tried king of the pigs tonight for the first time and was not disappointed! The chicken and pulled pork was delicious and the portions were HUGE. The girl working the cash was very friendly. My only regret is that I didn't buy a bottle of the hot sauce, I just got a small container to try.
We ordered a quarter chicken and baby back ribs with potatoes and rice. The potatoes were horrible and the pork side ribs ribs ended up being really greasy and tough beef ribs that. had to have been microwaved. The Hamlton rd location is great. I'll be avoiding the Cherry Hill location from now on.
We all had the pulled pork on a bun that came with soup and a side. Large portions and great value! Food was hot and delicious!!! The two hardworking ladies, Tiffany and Louise made our visit enjoyable. Friendly service and clean! Highly recommend!
Probably the blandest chicken, rice and salad I have ever ate in my life. 25$ for a half chicken that was extremely greasy and bland. And the salad dressing looks like it's just oil? The food wasn't terrible but it was definitely flavorless. Lol I ended added salt and my own sauces which made it edible. Sad to say but Metro grocery store has a better chicken meal for like 7$. I feel bad for leaving this review as the staff was friendly.
Absolutely incredible food and service! We visit them a few times a year, they're on my list every year for my birthday dinner, and I have ordered catering from them for my company events. The ribs are to die for, the chicken is out of this world, and the SAUCE JUST WOW!Our servers have always been delightful and accommodating of our little kids. We often saw many members of the community gathering there for soccer games pre-pandemic. I encourage everyone who has never been to visit this gem and give it a try. Love this place! And they stand up to PPC bullies who have nothing better to do with their lives than harass hardworking restaurant owners. Support this place! Especially because, unlike The Works, they actually care about their clients' health.

Their home-made hot sauce is to die for. On a Portuguese bun or a French baguette and you are giving your taste buds an overload.
