Always some how " sold out of chicken" good service otherwise
If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this KFC at all costs. I waited awhile for a boneless box that wasn't even cooked fresh when I got it. I ate it for lunch and it was the only thing I ate that day, and by the time I got home, I was very ill. I got the worst food poisoning I've had in awhile from the popcorn chicken and strips here. I was horrified when I saw the amount of reviews that had said similar things.
Worst experience ever, staff was very rude.They made a mistake and they are making arguments, the guy was working their , was very rude and even though the tiny girl was rude too. Such a garbage workers.
They hold orders wrong and they take so long. The food also does not come in a good condition; its not hot neither fresh. The worst branch i have ever tried.
One of the worst KFC I ever been (not my first time, but it's just getting worse). never have high expectation anyway, but the service, the foods, so bad, or I should say disgusting.
They never have any plant-based meat ready, they’re slow, and I was just handed a warm bottle of water after waiting five minutes for the employee to go retrieve the water for me. What is going on here???
Worst human experience I ever had.Tiny brown girl with name Ann is very rude and show sarcasm in whatever she says just to make you look down. Chicken wasn’t fresh and when I went to show her she simply had a look and told me that she can’t do anything about it. When I ask the reason she just told that she is busy right bow and went back ignoring me in the middleOf the conversation.She should work on her communication skills, grooming standards and customer service.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was 2 hrs from time of call. Ice cold. Awful food, clearly not fresh cooked regardless of time. Spoke to a lady at the site and she was rude and demeaning. Yelled at me for having a problem with their service. Do not order here. I’m out $55
The worst KFC in London no doubt. Ive gotten food poisoning from this location and the staff are terrible.Not recommend at all.
DO NOT GO HERE! got the worst food poisoning I've ever gotten in my life from 4 pieces of popcorn chicken! Would not recommend!
