Went to white oaks mall today. Ordered one big crunchy box and two zinger boxes. We were waiting for our order for so long. They forgot our order and the person next in line got their order. And then my husband went and asked them about our order. It was long long waiting with our baby. At last we got our order and we went home. When we opened our order at home, there was no big sandwich box. Only a chicken burger with popcorn chicken. The fries and coleslaw was missing. And there was one small chicken hot wing and one piece of hot wing was missing in the zinger boxes. We got cheated and couldn’t go back because the mall had already closed down. Got very upset and annoyed, waited so long and didn’t get what we ordered. Never going to buy anything from KFC
Ordered a bucket with 12 dark meats. I received a bucket with mix of everything: white meats, wings and dark meats.
Bad location. Don’t honer all coupons, slow service, smaller portions.

Worst KFC ever.. order two piece chicken combo today and it had such a bad taste. Burnt taste and horrible aftertaste. The phone number on the receipt doesn’t go through and this franchise should be banned from continuing in the business.
I just ordered through skip the dishes from this location and it was horrible, it was super soggy and everything was cold . Super disappointed
Very expensive and tasteless. I paid $9.60 for a two pieces chicken combo. The chicken lack flavor and salt and everything.the size of the chicken pieces is so small and the fries that comes with it is a miniature size !
ordered showed up 2 and half hours after ordered it. person who I spoke with on phone was rude and hung up on me three times. Did not accept order. Credit card company reversed the charges. Would never order from this franchise ever in my life again.
