We went there 20 minutes before closing and I can't express how great Parker and Khang were. Great service in a timely manner.
Went to KFC tonight had takeout. The cashier couldn't give a hoot about us the customer. Customer service skills where terrible. Got our food home and it was cold and such small portions. Still hungry after we ate our dinner. Do you not train your employees properly??? Very disappointed in this experience. Will not return to KFC . We will go to Mary Browns which is just down the road. One very disappointed Customer. Always remember the customer is your pay cheque.
Not one positive thing to say about my visit tonight. Around 8:30, the cashier treated me as an extension of my boyfriend! He didn’t even talk to me until my boyfriend said “she wants to order” my boyfriend wasn’t even close to me and had already ordered. By the time i THOUGHT he was coming to help me out, he handed me my borfriends food AND WALKED AWAY. ? cashier obviously had no regard for the woman standing in front of him trying to get his attention. And the food was cold lol. Avoid
Teresa was the highlight of the visit. Funny and knowledgeable, she made our visit fun. What a treat!
Got the 2 for 10 chicken sandwich deal and was very disappointed. The chicken was small, hard and cold. First time in a long time ordering, and i will be never going back. My advise is to go somewhere else. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
Was at the drive thru last night and was placing 3 orders evertime i placed 1 order tge person taking my order was so much in a hurry he wouldn't let me carry on to my 2nd and 3rd order so I get to the window and he repeats my order to me and it was incorrect, I told him 3 times that my order was wrong, he then gets mad at me saying he asked me 4 times if my order was right. He was very rude with me so I just didn't finish my getting my order and drove off. Was never treated like that at this KFC ever.
Last time we ordered for delivery, we ordered 4 macaroni salads and they gave us 3/4 potatoe salads which I do not like at all! Literally only order from here because I crave the macaroni salad.. and my boyfriend likes it too hense why we got 4. LolWe also got chicken sandwiches and the piece of chicken was like nothing. Essentially a chicken strip on a bun. Super disappointing !!The also no longer do cash deliveries which is annoying if you're trying to pay cash. Funny how you expect people to prepay but when the food comes like that no way !!
Famous chicken sandwich is amazing. It suck that the company can't get the containers so they don't have salads or gravy.
I have tried numerous times to order online. Wont accept my MC info. Even took pic of new credit card.....still not accepted. Infuriating!
We did a pick-up order tonight - came home to find half our order was missing. Called the store - with doubt that anyone would answer - and the manager answered the phone. They were very quick to find us a solution that meet out needs and send a driver right away with our missing food. The manager was very apologetic, taking full responsibility - which was so nice to hear & no excuses for once. When the driver arrived we found they went above and beyond again by replace our whole order!!! Very impressed today - Thank you for putting a bit of faith back into humanity!
