Just like the south end, VERY long wait time in the drive thru. Lineup was average but I bet it took at least 20 minutes. Then they had the odyssey to ask for a tip!!! Lol really?Ordered the spicy zinger sandwich combo, and gordita combo with fries supreme, both orders of fries tasted watered down and not hot, eww. The gordita and chicken sandwich was great however.Second time wait was just as painful. I hope owners see this.

I haven’t been to KFC in years and thought I would give it a try. First, the person who was taking orders kept wandering off so it too super long just to get to the front of the line. Then, there was not ice in the drink machine so all the soda was warm. The place was not clean too hot. The worst part was waiting all that time for a lukewarm poutine. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Last time, we waited 30 minutes for them to come out and say they’d been closed since before they took our order… frustrating, but okay I figured I’d give them another shot.This time I got plant-based chicken sandwich made with two bun bottoms and about 1/2 cup of mayo on each side with (I counted) 5 slivers of iceberg lettuce. The fries were undercooked and unsalted. I’m not a picky person at all and I’d really say I have low standards, but even I couldn’t eat this soggy squishy mess.This chicken is not worth the frustration

If you do delivery, Do not expect your order to even show up! Waited an hour and a half for our order. Tried phoning the store many times and received no answer! When I finally did get through, they simply offered to put my order together now and have another 30 minute wait. We decided to cancel and go elsewhere. What horrible customer service!

Terrible service. Long waits up to 45 mins in drive-thru. Often out of menu items, sauces, containers. Old stale product served. Manager told me to speak to corporate when I commented that it was a long wait one day- she said she’s short staffed and I should send my complaints to corporate and it’s their fault. No apology for the wait or unavailable menu items.

Gonna give it a 4 star. This restaurant was a great experience for me, despite the many negative reviews. Now it was all clean inside way cleaner than other kfcs I seen and I usually avoid kfc a lot of the time and this time was close to perfect. The temperature of the sandwich was very good, very filling too which you don’t see much in fast food. Fries however weren’t cold but weren’t warm enough and were just a little bit un fresh but I still enjoyed them, you have to understand most of the time you visit any restaurant fast food or not, it won’t be perfect. Easily a 4 star restaurant just minor minor flaws but still recommend coming here 100%

I’ve been to this KFC/Taco Bell many times over the years and the experience hasn’t changed. The drivethru is very slow (on average, 45 minutes), something from my order is missing that was on the bill, and 60% of the time, the food is cold. I think I’ll stick to home tacos from now on.

Ordered a bucket with a bunch of tenders and popcorn chicken , should come wi sauces . They didn’t offer any so I figured they put them in the bag .. spent a decent amount of money , for the price paying now a days the least the could do is offer sauce. Will be trying local next time .

Disgusting! All tables there were full of garbage and crumbs. Ordered and tried to use a gift card. Told that the gift card had nothing on it or was invalid. Went home and checked balance on the card and it still had 25 dollars on it. Chicken was soggy, popcorn chicken tasted like chemicals, fries were old. Kids were very disappointed and we threw most of it out. Had to make grilled cheeses for dinner.

Service was unbelievably slow - had to wait an extra 10 minutes because staff refused to help customers in house. If you are considering going here make sure you have extra time because the wait is actually ridiculous. Front of house staff ignored line up of customers and cleaned random stuff. Then when they finally started helping customers they only helped one customer at a time instead of putting through everyone's orders. I ordered online thinking it would be faster and ended up waiting 10 minutes past my pickup time.
