Chicken dripping in oil. Not crispy at all. Super dry fries and tasteless nuggets. Horrible experience. Worst qsr. Staff was good and courteous though.
I got a 2 piece combo today. I can honestly say i don't know what was more oily... the chicken or the italian salad dressing i had on my salad(salad not from KFC). The meat was cooked, but man how hard is it for them to fry the chicken properly. And when did the 11 herbs and spices become just salt? Don't get me started on the fries. Overall food quality was just awful.
Got to drive thru and had a few cars ahead of me. Was told to wait a minute. 10 minutes go by. All the cars ahead of me left. We had to ask the speaker if there was someone there to take our order. We ordered, was told it was going to be an 8 minute wait. 5 minutes go by and we are told to come back through the drive thru after 15 more minutes. We told them no that we don't want to wait even longer after being forgotten about in the first place. Not to mention the line up I'll have to go through again. THIS IS FOR TWO GO BUCKETS AND A BONELESS BOX, not a big family dinner meal! This place has the worst customer service. The employees hide from the drive thru and make it looked closed at night to avoid work. It took them over 30 minutes to get my food, as I watched the lady who took my order sweep the floor instead of help make food.I'd love to speak to the owner about this.
Went there at night without a car. The restaurant is closed so I went through the drive thru. Nobody acknowledged me. Then went directly to the window and knocked to see if they perhaps didn't see me. They still refused to acknowledge me. Tried one last time to use the drive thru and got no response.Basically if you go after 9 pm and don't have a car, get ready to get no service from the restaurant.
Customer ordered $50 worth of food and restaurant claimed they never received it. Claimed they were closing down early and substituted a large meal with just a $7 sandwich - left it to DoorDash to deal with it.
I always use the drive Thur. I only get the zinger boxes which includes zinger chicken burger 2 spicy wings fries and a drink and I get gravy instead of salads. Very yummy
KFC overpriced for sub par product. Ordered a bucket of chicken and half the pieces are the size of chicken wings and poorly cooked. I called and they did nothing but a cheap discount on the product. Sad since I've been a long term customer. I'd rather make my own at home.
Ordered a plant based box for me, and real chicken for my partner on the app for pick up (in drive through). Upon arriving the employee said there was no plant based popcorn chicken, asked if it could be replaced with real chicken. Didn’t account for the price differences or the fact that I couldn’t eat it, it was not a substitute for me, it was extra for my partner. When I expressed my concern at the window and asked for any help (like if other locations have it, or if anything else can be done) the employee said “I don’t know” and shut the window. Did not offer to get the manager or offer me a solution, that was not one. The least she could’ve done was offered *me* something, not something for someone else that isn’t being inconvenienced. Very unhappy with how this situation was handled.
Absolutely pathetic food, they are not even preparing it just serving old food that too chilly cold.What I have recieved tonight after waiting for 40 mins is absolutely horrible and can bet on this that a person who has not eaten in days , even he/she can't eat this.I wonder why Skip the dishes, Doordash and Uber eats still have this store on there list.
Had a very poor experience ordering KFC last night. The reason why they receive two stars is because the amount of food you get for the price.We went to KFC on Highbury, as my husband wanted chicken for sustenance, after working all day. They ran out of dark meat and had to substitute, which is fine if we received more meat than less. But the problem was the chicken was completely dry.This is why I am leaving a review. It is known as Kentucky Fried CHICKEN but we left 5/6 pieces of the chicken due to it being so dry. Gave some to our dog..this is important because the combos we got only came with a few pieces of chicken and it couldn’t be eaten. I just think because they are known for the chicken that it should be moist and edible.Shouldn’t eat everything else first and have to leave the main part of the meal - the chicken - from Kentucky Fried CHICKEN.I literally took my drenched poutine covered in gravy, poured out gravy so my husband could use it for his chicken and it didn’t help at all.
