I ordered Cheese Fry's with extra cheese. There wasn't even normal cheese on it. I ordered a 3 piece meal - NO FRY's - How can that happen

There is a heavier set blonde woman who works here that always works the window. No matter how many times you go through on any given day she will never give you dipping sauce. Almost every time I have went they are completely out of straws, sauces for sandwiches, and even certain types of chicken. Clearly stock orders are not being made or staff are stealing while making it look like they are giving it out. If they aren’t OUT of chicken, usually the chicken you do get is undercooked and partially raw. If you want sauce make sure you ask her at the window and WATCH her put it in with a nasty attitude. The employees here do not tell you to have a good day, they don’t take your order with any kind of pep, nothing. I’m hoping they close this location down, this places gives a new meaning to horrible service. Regardless of how nice and polite you are, you will be responded to with tired grumpy comments and short rushed service. Would rate 0 if I could.
3 separate incidences and all are consecutive one after another: first time when I asked for zinger combo they had no spicy mayo and also no grave, second incident I asked for 10 hotwing box and only when I pulled up to pay they said they only had 5 left, third incident ordered 2 crunchy beef tacos and they asked me what sauce I wanted which I replied fire sauce. Came home to find no hot sauce in the bag at all. It has been disappointment after disappointment.
The manager at this location took time to meet with my son and receive a painting from him. He was patient and kind! Thank you so much for making one person’s experience very positive! He was also bilingual and spoke French with my son! ???????
Very poor, I ordered 14 piece bucket. All the thick pieces are raw,.to the extent that blood was in my dishes. I would give 0 stars but not possible. They are also not answering the telephone to discuss with the manager.
I order 3 combo one zinger tow crunchy i sow the employee drop one of the crunchy sandwich on the floor then put it in my page and hand it to me when I told her I sow that she went to the supervisor and aske her, the supervisor told her to change it with zinger one it was miss and it wase not even busy .
I ordered tonight and it was so garbage tasting that I won't be buying from any kfc ever again. It tasted like they dropped it on the floor and then wiped it off with a dirty tag.They literally ruined kfc for me, and half of it is going on the trash, that's how bad they are.** Avoid at all costs **
Sorry, but this place should practice food safe and they always touch there mask and food at the same time (ALWAYS!! pulling their mask down while talking to co-workers and also while preparing food) Cashier also has no patience when there’s only one person in line. This is my last visit.
Horrible place. Employees are immature, full of drama and should probably return to school. I will gladly call head office to complain about a certain employee if I need to. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me too, so this a review for what kind of people they hire.
