Just ordered a 2pc and a 3 pc meal plus a side of gravy. Both meals came with half the normal amount of fries which were not fresh and very cardboard tasting. And didn't get any gravy.The chicken was fine (last time was very greasy and dripping)Not loving this location any more.

They accepted a pickup order and when I went to collect it they said they cannot make the order as they are closing in 30 mins. Why accept a customer's order if you can't make it.. I lost my time and money. Would not recommend this scam place.
Very good plant based sandwich. The cashier was good. She had a good attitude despite having to tell everyone who entered no gravy poutine salads or chicken bowls lol
They seem to be out of chicken everytime I go in. Can be very slow service at times. It used to be quick and amazing service bit it has slowed down a lot over the past couple of years.
After reading quite a few negative reviews I didn't set my expectations too high...Upon entering the restaurant and placing my order I was pleasantly surprised, the service was decent, six pieces looked good and my order was ready in less than 15 min...It was expensive though.
I was a little upset at first I ordered through Uber eats and they forgot some of my order so.......I had to drive all the way over there but they were really good redid my order for me
They don't even deserve a 1 star. Worst service ever. Ordered 10 pc meal online and then told that they are out of chicken. Waited another 25 minutes when they came out and said the fryer isn't working right. Cant guarantee quality of chicken. Like they didn't know this earlier! Told I could have 10 tenders. Sat and watched all these vehicles who came after me served and leaving. Went into store furious and demanded my food. Still wasnt ready. Demanded a refund and told they couldn't do it because I ordered online. Told my food was coming out now and they went and got my order together. Got home to find no tenders. The subpar chicken was given to me and 1 piece was missing. What a joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
How on earth is the staff so rude. There is one manager that only knows how to scream. Everyone else is slow as this woman screams all day.Chicken was pathetic. Super greasy and skin was burnt. How has this place stayed in business this long? Everyone needs to be fired!
The worst KFC .... They asked for vaccination status to use the bathroom. Because of that we took our business somewhere else. They were also very rude. Will never eat at that location again. Definately won't send friends there
