Ordered the Patty Melt burger but the bread was definitely NOT Texas Toast. It was way too thin and my burger and toppings were slipping out. I also ordered a non-alcoholic fruit drink. It was ok but then after ordering a refill, found out it wasn't free. I got the second one and it tasted like a cleaning solution. :( They put way too much grapefruit flavouring in it. So I had them make another one. I doubt I'll order the Patty Melt or drink again.
I went to Kelsey’s tonight on Fanshawe in London. Service was awesome however new menu is awful. I went as I craved the Nashville chicken and biscuit. They launched new menu this week and I’m not impressed. Took it off the menu. Asked if I could get something like it and they suggested chicken tenders with lime sirracha so I said ok. Yuck. It was awful. Only ate one bite. The sauce is nothing like they had before. So hot and spicy not much lime. So if you liked that dish - and manager told me it was one of most popular dishes at that location - you won’t be happy either. I won’t be going back to Kelsey’s until they change their menu again unfortunately. I will miss the staff and the patio so it is too bad they wrecked the menu.
I'd really like this restaurant. I've never been in it. Never heard of it until I came back home to London, Ontario for a visit. This place is really cool. Stuff is really nice. Weirdly I like the tables and how they set it up. It's so cool. My meal was really good. I had the veggie burger as they call plant-based burger. I had sweet potato fries with it and it was amazing. Plus I had had a blackberry iced tea with spearmint syrup in it. The picture shows it has spearmint leave. Mind your mind didn't. I wish it did. I'm a big fan of peppermint experiment but you can't eat the plant well. You can if you want, but otherwise my drink was really good. I can taste a bit of the spearmint syrup but it was amazing. My plant-based burger was really small for the price. I wish it was the size of the bun, not the tiny little thing in the middle of the bun but otherwise it's amazing place. If I had longer time here in Ontario I definitely would go back. It's a great place to eat or hang out and have a few drinks. Highly recommend this place
Was greeted quickly at the door and seated. Unfortunately, Was seated next to a large group so loud that we were ourselves unable to converse. After multiple attempts to communicate with each other over the noise, we agreed on what to order and sat back to wait for a server....and wait....and wait....Hungry, and with no service, we left to find a restaurant where we can eat and converse.
Great service again from our server Ryan!! Always get great service from him!! Hot food..anything you need he gets to your table! Thanks for making dining in safe!!
Always great. Was nice to be out with friends. Love the spinach dip. Our waitress was nice, funny and on point.
Huge sandwiches e.g burger amazing gravy.
Totally loved this place!SPINACH DIP: Blend of cooked spinach, cheese and seasoning. All baked to perfection. It is so hard to find good vegetarian food here but this tasted absolutely amazing?PORK RIBS: Half rack of slow cooked pork with Bbq sauce. A must try!
The service was exceptional and the food was great.
Second time here been here since 530 now almost 630 still no food will not be returning. Plus they put us in a booth beside the delivery line up not very romantic of them.
