Food is good, not fantastic, but definitely not worth the price. Description of the food I ordered: CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN NACHOS 19.99 A mountain of tortilla chips topped with monterey jack, black beans, corn, green pepper, pico de gallo, and cheddar. Salsa and Sour Cream included. Not a mountain of anything. It looked more like an app than a main dish. 1/2 the size of the nachos at Montana's. A handful of chips, a smattering of toppings, and tasted like just regular nachos. Came with one tiny wedge of lime but no cilantro. 2 CHEESE (VEGGIE) QUESADILLA 12.99 **only offered on the take out menu** Again, just the item without sides. It is not an app; supposed to be a main dish, but not sides. Was OK but no worth $12.99 BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP 16.99 Crispy buffalo chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, bacon, monterey jack and ranch sauce. Was decent but just the wrap for that price! No sides included! An extra $4 for sweet tater fries. $60 for that. Not worth it.
Tiny portions for huge prices. The Irish nachos cost $20 and only had about a potatoes worth of potato and the chicken tenders was $16 for 5 of the smallest tenders we've ever gotten. Tasted good at least
Last night me & my friend decided to go to joe kools after work. We went to the first bar to order shots. I told the bartender which shots we wanted and he rolled his eyes at me and didn't say anything. I was like okay… then.. so then he is making the shots into a big cup so I just wanted to make sure if he was making shots and not an actual drink. So I said “excuse me” 3 times a bit loud because of how busy it was you could hardly hear anything when people talk. Then he turned around & screamed not yelled screamed WHATT back at me with a stank face. I was so shocked.. so i told him I'm sorry I just wanted to make sure the shots were being made and not a drink. Then he said he knows what he is doing “do you want to come back here and make them yourself?” I felt so awful by the way this bartender spoke to me after I did nothing wrong to him. Ive never been treated so poorly in any business like that before. I work in the bar industry myself here in london and I would never treat a customer like that. I don't know why he was in such a bad mood but treat your paying customers with respect if you want them to come back. I just hope he doesn't treat anyone else like that. Especially when its for no reason on our end.
This place is sketchy. Went here on Sunday some wasted creeper was wondering around the patio. Going up to all the tables disturbing everyone. He was coved in booze. He Was following around the waitresses like a lost dog. Not sure why the security didn't kick them out. If I would have read the reviews first I would havenever even went here. This place is a bad vibe. We were going to order food. But we just left and went next door to toboggan. It was great. Wonderful staff. Comfortable chairs, a good vibe and great food.
First and foremost our server was great. I sat on the patio and the bartender with dyed red hair was very rude and took her off duty coworkers as priority. Our server stood there embarrassed waiting for drinks she had to serve. I tipped very well as our server was very attentive. However the establishment was one of the most unprofessional i have witnessed in some time. 10/10 do not recommend until they rectify the bartender situation.
I had such a great time. The dance floor and the bar both are great. Sometimes it gets busy and it might take a while to get your order bit it’s alright.
Food was amazing and cannot wait to return
Cool sports bar. Bartender was super friendly and put on a certain game when asked. The cheese fries were really good. Will be coming back

I wish I could put NO stars for this place! I was waiting in the line with my friends and saw an altercation that was going on in the front of the entrance -looked like racial profiling. The white bouncer who is average height, bald and a bit chubby was very rude and nasty! He was yelling, swearing and calling out names and even shoved the black girl. The nerve. Beware of this place, if you are black/ coloured!
