The quality and service at this location has dramatically shifted. I go to this place a few times a month. Lately the store has all new employees who are not trained well, don't know how to run the register or make a sub. Today the girl making my steak and cheese constantly was pushing her hair behind her ears, this grossed me out but I already paid. Then I opened the 20.00 giant sub, to find the greasiest sloppiest sandwich I have ever had. The bread was dripping with fat (not the juices, this was a steak and cheese) I have had this sandwich many times and I know this is not what it's supposed to be like. Sorry today was my last time there. You are selling 20.00 subs not 2.00 Mcdoubles. Your quality needs to be on point.
Staff are extremely friendly and very patient! My significant other had a hard time choosing what sub to eat and they helped him choose. Service was quick and accurate! Would definitely recommend going :)
While in London, made a stop at this sub place. Was not disappointed. Usually it's hard to decide what to put on my sandwich, this time I went with what was being offered. The chicken club sandwich. So fresh and tasty, would definitely recommend. However, keep in mind that the large sub can easily feed 2 people. I had mine and shared it with my 2 kids.

If you want processed meat, fake plastic cheese, bland tasting veggies, and a million different sauce options just to cover up the taste of it all, go to Subway. If you want a REAL submarine sandwich fresh off the meat slicer, go to JERSEY MIKE'S! 8.5/10?
Terrible first experience. I had very high expectations for Jersey Mike's, maybe this was my downfall. We were asked what bread and we told only 2 choices left, when they brought the bread out it was already cut in half (leftover bread from smaller sandwiches). I spoke to the employee about this and they played it off. They also said those were the only 2 choices left, but the employee told the next person in line they need to wait 5 minutes for fresh baked bread. We rather would have waited 5 minutes for this bread but were never given the option. The "Mike's Famous Philly," was disappointing to say the least. The giant sized looked like a normal large sub from any other sub shop and the toppings were lacking. Was not able to get any jalapeños or any additional toppings on this sub, as it was wrapped off the grill and put into our to go bag. If it's $20 for a giant sub the toppings need to be seen and the customer service needs to be on point.
Really wanted to like this.. Ordered the large Philly and was a little bothered at the $18.45 price tag for a sandwich but okay, maybe it would be amazing. There was a lot of meat but very few onions, peppers or cheese. It needed salt or it needed pepper or it needed *something* to pull it out of “blah” territory. It was filling, but pretty bland. Had a whopping headache about an hour after eating it (and so did my husband who ordered the same). Wouldn’t go back.
They do make fantastic subs but I walked out spending $40 on 2 sandwiches, chips and drinks. For that much I can sit down somewhere and eat. Somewhere to go once in a while but not worth the money otherwise
Regular sub is half a sub- for $16.50We got steak and 1 meatball with extras which they forgot to put on.Cost $39.50 for 2 half subs a pop and a cookie. The subs were okay at best and for sure not worth almost $40.I would maybe come back if it was the only thing open.
