Went in at around 1 AM with a group of friends, men's bathroom had bloody tissues all over the sink counters and a small pool of blood in one of the stalls. The 3 bars don't accept any cards for payment, only cash, so one of our friends who was responsible enough to remember to bring cash and paid for our drinks also had the drinks stolen by other male patrons, and we suspect one of the same patrons may have drugged one of her drinks that they didn't steal.This place is so unsafe, it's genuinely terrifying.
Oh the good Old Jack's. This time I didn't go to Jack's I went next door to the Cannabis place! But Google maps asked me about Jack's. Well I use to go to Jack's in my good old young days LOL But Jack's was never my place. Only I believe it was as Wednesday nights they had $2 drinks. And those nights if you you didn't know the door crew to get in without waiting in line. Then you better stay home. Cuz they will keep you waiting for HOURS! And actually another thing I didn't really like was the staff there. They were DEFINITELY NOT ppl person. Besides I think one or two waitresses and I think just one door bouncer was ok nice. But the rest thought they were working at a White house bar or something. Attitudes to the roof! And not trying to be rude here, but they weren't really that good looking in first place. They probably got hit on like crazy there. Because the customers were most 19-20year old first year in college or university. London bars are ok summer time , but other wise Im more of a Toronto bar person or Vancouver!! But if you like young young girls or boys. If ur a female or male cougar then Jack's is still the place to go! Pervs lol
Sketchy management, and the music is way to loud. Drunken students and young adults all behaving like 9 year old children. Pathetic. Kindergarten bar. Also drunk drivers in the back parking lot coming from Jacks. A mess.
The ambiance of the bar is good but they only accept cash as payment method.
terrible management, manager thinks he owns the whole city of london. was very rude to me and my freinds, asked unessesary things of us such as keeping our masks on at the table while having drinks. Then proceeded to kick us out for not wearing them. Will not come back here again and DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend coming here. Cash only as well which is not convienient. AND ketchup bottles are garbage. I opened the cap and it completely exploded on my hand. Went around to every table and it was the same story.
Had my mask off for a literal second to breathe, and the owner decided to do the whole bar an absolute favour, and be the saviour of the night by kicking me out. Meanwhile, there were plenty of others with their mask off who were not harassed by the brilliant security and absolute beauty of an owner. Way to go guys, I am so honoured to be selected out of the hundreds doing the exact same thing. Music was also absolute garbage, and place only takes cash, forgot we were still in the 18th century. Ended my night prematurely and I was forced to hit up every shordy on my roster from my crib instead. Ceeps might be the motive from now on boys, I cant even bother with jacks anymore :(
The bar itself is OK. Nothing special. The reason for my low rating is that this place only accepts cash. Come on, which century is this, who uses cash? Especially for a bar that caters to a younger crowd. The bar has an ATM that charges $3.00 to dispense money, and I can't help feeling that part of the reason for this bar's cash-only policy is to make a bit of cash of the ATM.To add salt to insult, the ATM mucked up and shortchanged by $60.00. I spoke to that bartender, and she immediately asked if I wanted to speak the manager. Such a rapid response normally is good, but the nonchalant manner of both the bartender and manager left me with the impression that my experience was not that uncommon.As I mentioned, earlier the bar is nothing special. There is nothing worth standing in line for or having to deal with such antiquated and perhaps underhanded policies.
Very rude security staff except two guys who stay at front door John/Jason. Owner needs to figure out his team’s behaviour issues. Otherwise,this place will not survive as many new clubs will be opening when Covid end. London is huge market so many will be opening soon. Disappointing place. Do not go there. Cowboys and Ceeps are better once Ceeps opens a dance floor this place will be gone.
Absolutely terrible used to be fun until the security start singling people out for personal reasons. And they steal your money by letting you in then kicking you out right after paying. They treat you with disrespect and do not care for their guests so not recommend. Go anywhere but here!
