The food here is Amazing! I had the holy smacked bbq burger and holy smokes to amazing! The park fries aren’t worth the $3 up charge in my opinion but I got to steal tons of my wife’s fries! She had the chicken strips and wow they where crispy and good!
This place was out of this world good. I ordered the truffle fries that comes with a very good garlic dip with the fish and chips that I upgraded the chips to poutine. I was so full that I had to stop eating my meal and I wanted to keep eating because it was so good.
Waitress took it upon her self to substitute item in Asian bowl without consulting us . .basically had a bowl of snow peas with no bean sprouts .
Manager explained why we couldn’t make a reservation on our way to the restaurant within an hour of dining and offered to add our reservation once we were there so we could get credit for using the Open Table app. Thanks
Service was a bit slow and the music level was a bit hot for conversation in an empty part of the bar. ? That said, it was a good experience. Our server was lovely.
The food was amazing and the appetizers and dinner came out in a reasonable time frame, however we barely saw the waitress. We were finished eating about 20 minutes before anyone came to clear our table. We asked for a dessert menu as we were anticipating dessert however it took another half hour for the waitress to come back to ask for our dessert order. We chose not to order dessert after how long we have already waited and asked for our bills instead which took another 15 minutes.
I ordered NYK steak. It was delicious. It came with seasonal vegetables and French fries. So 5/5 for food. I think it would be great if they could offer complimentary bread with butter along with steak. For services, I would say it’s 5/5, the guy serving my food is pretty quick and exceptional friendly. Overall ambiance of the place is good though for me, music seems a bit loud. I would visit again to taste their other dishes. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the good works.
Our server Mat was very pleasant and helpful with choices. Timing was great ! Very enjoyable!
First of the waitress who led me to my seat was far from friendly and said she would be my waitress for the day and she disappeared and I never saw her again.the lady who took my drink order decided to put me out of my misery and took my food order. The food eventually came nicely presented but not tasty at all. I was SO hungry I angrily ate it up. I would.have been better off having burger at Wendy's. I was going to order dessert but after waiting for eternity and Noone came to ask if I needed anything I decided to leave .the lady who attended to me was pleasant I must say
