Very good food and service
The best Indian food in London, my favourite restaurant so far. Great ambience, and good customer service; staff is friendly. In their Menu there are lots of option for veg and Non veg. I usually order Panner Bharta, which was amazing, taste is consistence. Many choices of breads and appetizers. There is longer wait to get food. Every time I order butter chicken I make sure I tell them to not make it spicy and every time I get my food it’s spicer than the last time! Will not be coming here again as I have been a loyal customer for so long but at this point I’ll make my own butter chicken at home and I’ll know it’s not spicy. Couldn’t eat my food as it was so spicy and even my friend couldn’t eat her food it was spicy as hell. Do better and maybe you won’t lose another customer.
It's a an averaged sized restuarant. We were there for dinner and the quality of food was good. There were some misunderstanding in between while ordering the meal from their end and they were unable to resolve the issue. Secondly more focused on delivering the food rather than entertaining the customer who is already there so, all in all it was kind a normal experience.
March 22nd @6pm: Delicious food, perfect combination of spices. Customer service was good, they were super nice and humble but just a bit slow which I think with things coming back to life again will probably help them bring in more staff. Great job to both the servers who managed dine in with busy delivery orders and phone calls plus patiently answering the customer’s questions about the menu which I overheard and they handled it amazingly! Amazing ambience and beautiful decor.
I wish i could give zero star. It has been 4 years i have been ordering from india house. I never had a bad experience, but this time it was horrible. Waitress name sanpreet don’t even know how to respect customer. There was a elderly man waiting for his order, she was so disrespectful towards him. She don’t even know how to talk to the customer, zero customer service??. She just know how to misbehave with customers, don’t know how to say sorry.Sanpreet if you have gutts to misbehave or speaks rudely have common sense to apologise if you don’t mean that. All i wanna say, please train your staff what customer service is!
Food was exceptional and service was very friendly. They were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. We will visit again very soon! Highly recommended!!

The food was good and the naan was very soft, really liked it. Their service is super slow though. They had like 10-15 online orders picked up in front of us while we waited for about 50 minutes to get our food. I would have thought they would give preference to people dining in, otherwise their food, ambience and covid protocols are good.
