Expected more from a place with Burger in the title! There are better places to get burgers, although it is better than McDonalds.Burgers taste frozen. Reminded me of the pack of "Our Finest" frozen burgers from Walmart. The bun and burger sauce were unreal! But I personally, look forward to the meat so this was a deal breaker for me.French fries are the same as Harvey's french fries if you've been there. I didn't think they were worth $4.50. I have had better fries elsewhere that were cheaper and a bigger portion. My boyfriend ordered sweet potato fries and they were soggy although a more decent portion size than regular fries.Probably wouldn't return! Would pay extra for fresh food and larger portions somewhere else.

Thought this was a gourmet/better than fast food burger restaurant.... I don't say this with any exaggeration, but mcDonald's, Wendy's and burger king have WAY better burgers.Hero burgers don't look and taste like real burgers. Dry and bland. I've bought hero burger in the past, and it was great. I think they're trying to save money now. It looks exactly like those frozen burgers you buy from food basics. Will never go to hero burger again.

Love the Angus beef burger. They are Halal. Their fries portions are also decent. Angus beef burger can be 4 pound or 6 pound or more I believe. I get the 4 pound for the kids and 6 pound for myself and that gets us full. They also have a halal certification for their chicken too, but we have never tried their chicken sandwiches.

The food is pretty good but they didn't seem like were ready for someone to arrive 5 min after they opened. Had to wait over 5 min to see my first employee and another 5 min for them to login to the till.

Ordered a blue moon chicken burger and it was inedible. The bread was soggy and the chicken was overcooked to the point where it took 2-3 tries to get a piece of chicken. Will not be coming here again. Delivery service (Fantuan) only offered credits instead of a refund.Gave 2 stars for fries and tenders as they were amazing.

My go-to order is the Action Hero Burger & fries. Both are delicious and service has always been fast. I cannot complain one bit. I would love if they would offer lettuce wraps but the gluten free bun is great.

It’s alright, maybe better than McDonald’s but I do believe the quality is far higher but the price does also match the premium. Overall it’s solid and it’s hard to go wrong if a burger is what you are looking for.

Not a fan of frozen patties. Hate the texture of them. The amount of condiments was excessive and made a mess.

Being a foodie I know there are a ton of places in town where I can get a good burger or chicken burger for that matter but today I decided to give Hero Burger another go and this time was worse than the last. The first time we ordered from here we had burgers that were missing half the toppings (and you pay extra for those) and food was as if it had sat out long. When we called to complain all they said was sorry. This was when they first opened so after all this time I figured they had their stuff together. Today my best friend and I ordered lunch. After spending $40 and driving home with our food in a thermo bag we opened it to find that fries and onion rings were cold. My chicken and waffle sandwich that was supposed to be spicy had mayo for a sauce with the odd jalapeño (not spicy sauce like the picture shows) and my waffle was a single waffle cut in half to make a top and bottom bun and was falling apart because the bottom was cut thin. I mean if your going to be cheap and not use two separate waffles than at least cut them evenly. My best friend got the stale bun chicken parm that was just sad to look at. And the real kicker a frozen pack of butter tarts. I will NEVER eat here again. When you complain (which I try to not do when trying a restaurant) they do nothing about it they just say "sorry"

This is my second time here, the first time was ok but not great so I thought I would give it a second chance, Well that was a mistake because this time was even worse, the chicken Parm was not good, the bun was stale and was barley any sauce, the onion rings and fries where cold, and the thing that made me most mad was the butter tarts, I paid $12 for 6 tarts and they where frozen solid right out of the freezer, don't waste your money you can buy the same store bought tarts at the grocery store for half the price because thats all the are. Sorry for this bad review but it is well deserved this round.
