Just stay away, restaurant is old and falling apart, staff is rude and the environment is chaotic…overpriced and food portions are small
We've been coming here for several years, pre-, post-, and during pandemic. Food has been consistently good (although menu has been somewhat curtailed over the last year or two). Service is fast. There is some variation in server attitude - some are engaging, announce the dishes as they arrive, and request feedback, but some just drop the dishes without comment or interaction. Prices are good. It's our go-to sushi place in Northwest London.
We crave it once a month. 5 minutes into it and you'll feel sick. Staff have nasty attitudes. You can tell they didn't want to work there. Make sure you ask for change otherwise they will assume it's tip. Then they get nastier. It's still better option than other sushi place.
After not being able to have sushi for so long due to pandemic restrictions it was an absolute treat to have sushi again, with this being my first time at Heart Sushi.The service was extremely fast and the food was delicious and fresh as could be. I was pleased to have both Dim Sum and Pad Thai alongside my sushi/maki rolls as they are items I can’t usually get at other places.I would definitely give a 10/10 recommendation, especially if it’s your first time getting back to an all you can eat sushi establishment!
The salmon sashimi was definitely the highlight of the entire meal! Fresh and great portion! Everything else was alright but shoutout to their dessert mousses and strawberry ice cream because we definitely felt extremely satisfied at the end of our meal! Highly recommend!
Wow, what a fabulous dinner! The sushi was fresh and delicious, the rolls were nice and small and tight. The tempura and fried dishes were nice and hot, straight out of the fryer. It was worth every penny, not to mention the atmosphere is really nice! The service was excellent, we did the buffet and there was always someone coming by to clear plates and ask if we needed drink refills. I will definitely be going back again.
had dinner there yesterday and my 16 mos old son who was eating lychee mousse dessert with his dad found a small cockroach in the dessert half way thru eating it. didnot have time to take photo as i was panicky, my son ate most of it, showed it to one of the server and she took it right away never came back and another server came and just said sorry that was it. we were still in shock at the time that we didnt even ask to talk to their manager. they didnt give us contact details if somebody gets sick from it, there was no follow through, we ask for the bill and that was it. it wouldve been nice if somebody came and gave us their contacts just incase things turns bad that theyd like to be informed or whatsoever. anyways, will never ever go back there again. too bad food there is great but how staff handle such situation is so frustrating and disappointing. no more heart sushi. yay
Ordered on door dash and it was made and delivered very quickly. However the chicken teriyaki rolls didn't have any teriyaki sauce on them or in them. It was incredibly bland. The sweet potato tempura rolls had mayo in them (not my fav but okay) but I didn't taste any crunchiness from the tempura. It was okay, not my favourite sushi rolls
Ordered take out. Food tasted alright, fresh, was expensive though. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Located on big plaza. Lots of parking outside. Unfortunately I found a piece of plastic on my sushi (last pic). Wouldn’t come back.
Very good sushi. Nice presentation. Friendly stuff. Little on a pricey side for the portions size.
