We first went in just for the cones. You can smell them being freshly made from down the street! We used to wait until there was a feature flavour to try, but the new chef has improved the old standards and added new great options... It's getting harder to avoid eating ice cream all the time! This place has the best chocolate ice cream, and some really inventive flavours as well! The friendly staff will always let you try a flavour first, because it can be hard to choose. Some family members love the variety of dairy-free options, and dogs can't walk by it because they know they get a treat if their people buy a scoop. Good work, Haven's team!

This Icecream place is so so good. Their chai flavored Icecream is great paired w vanilla. The temp today was over 30°C and rhis was a great way to beat it.

Best ice cream in London. This is on another level in comparison to Shaw's Ice Cream which I thought was best (I was so wrong) Cookie dough flavour blew my mind and how creamy it was. Will definitely need to come back here and treat my wife to this wonderful cold dessert. Maybe come alone so you don't have to share. It's that good.

I really like it, but my partner doesn't, mainly because of the limited selection and how he is not a fan of any of the flavors. There were about 10 flavors (chocolate, vanilla, mint chocolate chip, strawberry sorbet, cookie dough, vegan chocolate chip and cereal milk. Another option, maple pecan, was sold out). Regardless, staff are very friendly

Went here after not having gone for a while, and it was such a disappointing experience. My partner and I both got ice cream on waffle cones, and they were making waffle cones a la minute. Our cones were not cured enough, so they were flabby, chewy, and worst of all warm, which melted our ice cream on contact. The cones were also not rolled tight enough and were not wrapped in tissue paper at the bottom so they started dripping as soon as we got out of the shop. The ice cream themselves (we got three flavours) had a lot of ice crystals which leads us to think that they were not being kept at optimal temperatures. My partner also got a double scoop but they only had enough of the flavour he ordered. The young lady at the counter scooped the last of the tub and attempted to give him the single scoop without a word that they had run out; we had to tell her that we ordered a double and would just substitute for a different flavour. Meanwhile her co-worker appeared to be chatting with someone behind the counter. Overall a terrible experience on a very hot afternoon that was perfect for (good) ice cream.

Lovely icecream and have places to sit outside. The waffle cones are amazingly tasty too. You can feel it's fresh and home made.

Great service! Adorable shop and location, plus the added bonus of picnic tables outside. We tried the chocolate chunk vegan option today and loved it! Very happy to see they also had a sorbet dairy-free option and a vegan option in the fridge to take home. I can't wait to see what the next vegan ice cream flavor is!

I love their ice cream however in the middle of a pandemic when staff handle / preparing food are’t wearing masks seems a bit gross.

Nice local icecream shop with tasty flavours. I got the strawberry icecream and it tasted amazing! Its not too sugary and it doesnt taste artificial.Recommend this over the "name brands" if you are looking for tasty, local, made in-house icecream.

Small batch creamery.. very fresh icecream. Owner was very nice and let us sample a bunch of flavours - I would recommend doing this before picking your icecream - they don’t use artificial flavours and some of the kinds tasted different than expected, but still delicious.
