Disgusting service. The staff was so rude. The lady in drive through was speaking on top of her lungs. She stopped us mid way while we were giving our order and scremed "one moment ". Please ask your staff to behave.
This harveys location is a Gem. They have a great attitude, good hustle and the food is always exactly what you ordered. A+.Please go show the Harveys in Rigaud Quebec how it's done!
I have been going to Harvey's for the past 25 years. In different cities over the years. But this was my first time at this location. Apparently it's been newly renovated. Looks great...but I was there for the burger. And it was just a great. The best burger around. Better than any chain restaurant. And for the first time I saw Ghost Pepper sauce and it was everything and more than I was expecting. Fantastic. First time at this restaurant or any other restaurant fast food or otherwise, I actually felt the spiciness. U know usually things are billed as spicy and its not...not this time...this was actually spicy. I was not able to take any pictures like I usually do. I don't know what happened it was gone before I was ready to take a picture.
The guy doing the toppings was fabulous! They were fairly busy , and it was chaotic but he just kept at it lol. Burger was amazing. Only bad thing was some man came in flipping out saying the boys working did something to his burger, he knew because they were laughing as he pulled away. Crazy that none of the kids denied doing it , Infact one kid ran to the back as the guy came back in to complajn. Lol crazy
I witnessed a Customer come in and said having a hard time seen sign with items (I assume because small font). He requested a written copy and staff said they did not have one nor offer to aid in alternative to try and assist. Disability act of Ontario appears to not be followed at this location.
Dine in is always better. I have a hard time at the drive through window and your order should be checked before leaving.I haven't used the delivery.
Rusheet made our experience phenomenal, he took care of our every need and made sure our order was taken care of. Would definitely give this guy a promotion for his customer service. Although, the manager should hire more staff because having only 2 workers leaves a lot of pressure on the workers.
I have been going to the Harvey's location on Wharncliffe Road for over fourty years. Always the same great products and service, although the prices have gone up a bit. Keep doin' what you've been doin', Harveys!
Ridiculously cramped. Lack of staff. Too busy. No air conditioning to prevent health issues. Severe lack of ability to comprehend instructions when given 3-5 times in a row. In the exact manner required.Not everything was in the order either. No reason given either.
Horrible customer service. We waited over 15 minutes for a burger and onion rings. When the burger was ready, the cashier added our toppings. After that she realized the cook didn't even start making the onion rings so she herself went to the back and did it. You could tell from the look on her face that the cooks probably do this a lot to her. Extremely disappointed overall and definitely will be going elsewhere for food for now on.
