I been waiting for a long time to go here since I saw it on Instagram. I have to say I was so disappointed in the service provided. I am not one to write a bad review but this one really couldn't be avoided.We went there with kids and they refused to let the kids sit down until we ordered. They were very judgemental and I felt like they were very racist against us. As soon as they saw we spend over $50 they tried to change but it was too late as they already left a bad impression on us. I saw few people come in after us but none of them were treated the same way. But again none of them were coloured. If it wasn't for the service I would of really enjoyed the mousse cake and the cute shop.
"Happiness" might be a misnomer. The staff were quite cold and borderline rude. Still, I ordered a coffee at the shop, which ended up being undrinkable. I really wanted a coffee so I ordered an espresso, which was okay. The macaron was underbaked. My interaction with the staff was so negative, I didn't feel happy at all at this coffee shop.

Very rude staff in the Masonville shop. Unempathetic with a senior person and Iill health. A relative and my father of 85 years old were treated badly by the staff They were rudely mistreated for my father drinking water and trying to eat something to get dizziness away. Never try this place. Food is OK, but service not good at all.
Terrible experience. The place was empty when we arrived.Greeting:-We wanted to put our coats first, the employee with colored hair told us we “MUST” give order first. She didn’t even say hi back.Experience:- We wanted to order 3 milks because there was 1 in display but she said it’s already sold. They should have taken it from display.- The spoon that given with desert was dirty. Had to ask them for a clean one but she didn’t even say sorry. She was very unfriendly.- Teapot was dirty. I didn’t even bother to ask them to change.- In the middle of the day, in a empty place, washroom was disgusting. Probably haven’t been cleaned for a while. Trash was full.Overpriced and overrated place, unfriendly staff. Terrible service. If there was a 0 (zero) star option, I would’ve given it to that place.
Love love LOVE this place. The drinks are delicious and you absolutely HAVE TO try a cake in a cup.They have an absolutely adorable patio that I saw the owner build by hand at the start of the pandemic. And now they have another location in Masonville mall!! They truly so deserve it.Congratulations on the success - keep being awesome!
I was looking for a bakery in London that was open on a Monday. I was excited that I found one close to where I was and received good reviews on Yelp. I called and pre-ordered donuts for my husband's birthday to be picked up in a few hours. After I prepaid, I saw an offer for 15% off your first order on yelp. I called Happiness and they told me they knew nothing about the offer. I spoke with the manager at the other location and she would not honor the coupon. I even took screen shots and emailed them to her. I received no response back and no coupon. I could understand if they had no reviews or wasn't active on yelp. However, as a business owner, you should update your pages and looking through review sites, good or bad. I was not looking for a hand out and I can absolutely pay for my treats. I can't imagine I'm the only person that has seen this. Despite the treats being delicious (mousse cakes and donuts), this is poor customer service. I won't be going there again.
Some of the best cakes I ever tried in London. Full of flavours and not overwhelmingly sweet at all. I will definitely visit again to try their waffles this Thursday.
Used to really love going here until recently. I would always pick up macarons, a drink and a bag of their whole beans until my last visit.While waiting for my coffee, a group of 4 walk in for dine in. None of these people are wearing a mask. I looked at the staff member, fully expecting them to say something or ask them to put on their masks at the very least. Nothing.Its the bare minimum to follow the law and ask them why they aren't wearing masks. I won't be back again. I can find a better, more local coffee shop that respects that everyone should feel safe.
Are there desserts before, but first time in the location! Very nice and cozy, maybe the table are a little too close together one people sit in. The staff seemed to be in a hurry to go back to their work at the back but overall nice ? The Desserts: RECOMMENDED , RECOMMENDED, RECOMMENDED!! I got the raspberry-lemon mousse cake (for the 2nd time), and it’s perfect! Sweet, fresh, and beautiful glazed. I cake bottom is really well done and adds to the structure (I was a little sceptical about the cake layer- happy to be proven wrong ?). Will definitely be back!
