The service was great. The sauces and grape leaves were great. My problem was with the chicken, it was dry, in fact very dry…I should have opted for kebab or something…I might try this place later on early hours maybe…
Haven't been here since 2018 when I was at Fanshawe. The gentleman still remembered my face! What an amazing place; and the best homemade hot sauce you'll find!
Ordered chicken fries thru Skip. Quick delivery, tasty food, fresh cut fries, very filling. If the fries were cooked a little more, i would have clicked 5 stars for sure!
HADIS is a true MIDDLE EASTERN food & it was DELICIOUS .. NOT like TAHINIS down the street that’s NOT AUTHENTIC MIDDLE EASTERN food. Go to a REAL MIDDLE EASTERN FOOD restaurant when you want a shawarma.
Fresh ingredients, great service, great taste, great value. Zero complaints!! I drive halfway across town to get their shawarma because it's the best and most authentic I have found since moving to London!
I got a shawarma combo with my coworker yesterday through delivery and both of our meals were disgusting. Fries were half raw and there were very few of them. Shawarma had so much hot sauce in it that it was overwhelming...ultimately inedible. It should be noted that this is just one of many identical instances with them. I made a mistake giving this restaurant more chances. Never again.
I have given this place so many chances. It is like they do not care about delivery orders. I have ordered from them through Skip the Dishes and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. my fries are half raw, almost inedible. And I ask for very little hot sauce on the shawarma and instead I get a shawarma that has so much hot sauce in it, it is inedible. Almost like someone was offended by me asking for only a little bit of sauce. I ask for a small side of garlic mayo and what do they do? They dump a ridiculous amount of it all over my fries, completely drowning them. A few years ago, I used to be a regular...I have given this company SO much business. Either the quality has gone way down or they just do not care about customer's food who order through delivery.
I went in person a couple of months ago and I think that he could tell my girlfriend and I were first-timers. He was incredibly kind, shared some pickles as a sampler, and told us a bit about himself and about the pickles while he made us chicken wraps. The fries were crisp and the chicken had an amazing char on them. I'm sad that we can't go in person right now but I'm excited to share the positive experience that I had. Can't wait until there are fewer restrictions so we can say hi and grab another meal.
Best shawarma in town, I've tried 4-5 different places based on some reddit threads on best food in town, and this is hands down the tastiest. Nothing beats going in person, the guy behind the counter is super friendly and lets you try the pickles which are super good. Great sandwich, but BEWARE the hot sauce is lethal, start with mild if you like spicy stuff.
This was my first visit but won't be my last. Excellent chicken shawarma! Very flavourful! Lovely server!
