I'm sure the food from this restaurant would be good if you ate there. It's just not worth to order food that comes in different temperatures (the combo has hot and cold dishes), as well as sushi and tempura (also served cold and hot) to be delivered. My sushi was warm from hot dishes, but luckily I didn't order anything raw. Of course the tempura was soggy by the time I got it, but that was my own fault.
We love Gozen! We do take out and eat in as well all the time. It's always delicious and fresh and the staff are very friendly. It's our local go-to for sushi and lots of other yummy Korean and Japanese dishes.
We love going here. We've been here 5+ times already.Their salmon rice/poke bowl is definitely one of my favourite dishes ever — especially with some spicy mayo!I've had it about 4 times. Each time, it looked a bit different (i.e., maybe the chef are inconsistent), but it tasted amazing every time!We usually avoid their sushi/sashimi because the rice bowls seem to be priced better.I also recommend their spicy pork rice bowl.Their portion sizes are filling.Their staff is also very nice. :)The restaurant is very clean.
Fish quality was amazing but whats even greater was how well the sushi was cut and the perfect amount of rice. The maki rolls are also full of flavour. I would say its one of the best quality of sushi Ive had in a while. Price is very economical for the quality of food. Their tempura was also great. Service was also superb. Store got a little busier after we sat down. Food came out in great time but I think the owner or one of the workers came and apologized for the delay and offered us free drinks which we had to decline as the wait was not long at all. But we appreciate the great customer service and thought.
Good tasting food but really expensive. Average service. Small place located on big plaza with lots of parking. If you’ve got the money I’d give them a try, but not worth coming back in my opinion

Gozen never disappoints. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and great flavours. The sushi doesn't have too much rice and it is prepared with care and attention. The presentation is beautiful even with takeout. There are good options for plant-based diets as well - the Vegetable Udon and avocado/yam rolls are my favourite! I can't wait to return to dine-in; the ambiance, presentation, and freshness of the food is 10/10. Review is biased because it's my favourite Japanese/Korean eatery in London.
Very clean and bright. Food is not greasy or oily. Bulgogi was healthy tasting and no added sweet sauce unlike some other restaurants. Service is quick and friendly. Price is definitely higher than most for lunch. Will definitely return when next in the area.

If you are looking for a familiar environment place, with a cozy and warm atmosphere, this is the restaurant you are looking for. And once here you will taste the best Japanese and Korean cuisine, with elegantly crispy, torched and fresh pieces of several amazing creations made by the remarkable cooks.And I take this advantage to pay the server Ellie a very special compliment.
