Just bought a hydrabadi biriyani and i was disappointed. It literally had rice for 2 person and a small piece chicken. I have tried the same food from Gigi’s before nd it was excellent. But, as of now, I would never buy from Gigi’s again. Even the meat cutlet that was bought were filled with 90% potatoes instead of proper amount of meat-potato mixture. Customer service was ok.
Way too much oil. I ended up throwing half of food. Highly won’t recommend to get curry from there.
I was passing through London and found Gigi. I ordered porotta, fried rice and chilli chicken. Coming from GTA side I had set my expectations on the lower side. Porotta was good. Fried rice was dry but was ok ok. But Chilli chicken was too salty …beyond being edible and was very oily. We had to throw it out.Overall not a good experience.
The service is extremely slow. They said 10-15 minutes. We got food after 50 mins. The quality of the food was awful, cold & watery chutni. Tasteless chutni and sour dosa. Hopefully they would improve with this review.
Waooooo mind blowing food , we tried almost every where in London but the food they make, its sooo yummy, I visited twice with my family the food was Excellent & very tasty.Best paneer butter masala and Dal makhni with butter naan and masala dosas in city.Reasonable prices and good quantity .Even the service given by Nayantara was Excellent. Keep up the good work Team Gigis. Catch you soon guys ?
I had an opportunity to visit this restaurant today with my family. My experience was literally horrible, torture and nightmare. Most of items were frozen. Methi curry had no taste. It is shameful they claims their restaurants authentic Indian food.
I have been attended by Fydhe. She is very polite. The food is always fresh; excellent taste.Paneer matar masala and butter chicken my favourites dishes.Haven’t tried other options… I will definitely try.Oscar
Absolutely delicious meal at Gigi's!! I tried the butter chicken, garlic naan and mango Lassi and would absolutely recommend all 3. The naan was cooked perfect and the butter chicken was mouth watering. They also make really great Biryani and the staff are so nice!
I first discovered Chicken 65 here a couple years ago. I can't vouch for the rest of the menu, but an order of Chicken 65, paratha (? or whatever the flaky bread is called), and a mango lassie is such a comforting take out meal. Comforting if you like spicy. ?
It was my first time eating here celebrating my birthday. Our server Fhyda was wonderful, attentive and very sweet. The food was very delicious, reasonably priced and more than we could eat.I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends!
