Ordered this with my friends. Great food!
absolutely loved our food this time and last! we will definitely be back with friends haha
Took the family here last night for our first visit. When all was said and done, I was filled with regret. I regretted that it took me this long to make our way here. I also had regret that I could only eat so much. We each had a different dog. While the others ordered off the regular menu, I opted for the not-so-secret secret menu and ordered the Seven Levels of Hell dog. All four of us really enjoyed the hot dogs, even the one of us that doesn't really care for hot dogs, and the fries were cooked to perfection! While it did take a bit of time to receive our food, it wasn't beyond a reasonable wait and the staff were fantastic and friendly. There was a healthy stream of delivery drivers picking up orders so it seems like the kitchen was kept hopping. Don't end up with the same regret I had; if you enjoy hot dogs with plentiful toppings make visiting this restaurant a priority!
So good! I got the Dr Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Waffles. Rich and delicious!
I used to eat here with my partner quite often when we lived closer by. I was just taking a look online through Uber at the other restaurant ran out of your kitchen, to see if things had changed (as I have tried them a few times but they were very overpriced for the quality that was provided). I always liked Frank & Furters because they had great value and were super generous with portions. Unfortunately though, the responses left from the owner have left me leaving this review. Very unprofessional, somewhat nasty replies left to customers that had negative experiences. Demanding that they called first before leaving a review. Yet, they are leaving a review due to poor experience and that is their way of contacting directly. It is best to realize that the level of professionalism from your business will either attract customers or repel them. If you are combative towards people that took the time to leave a review, then you not only lose business from them directly, but from others that see how you interact with customers. People avoid because they don’t want to have a similar experience.Even though the other business run in your kitchen has now cut the prices by 2/3 in comparison to the original price, because of their responses to customers, it made me not purchase even though it’s sooo cheap. So I looked into Frank & Furters because you guys were reliable, to see just as nasty if not more, replies to customers. Totally offputting unfortunately.
Will not be back here ever. Bartender "Robin" was the rudest person i have ever met in the service industry and i was already skeptical about this place after hearing all their staff left at the same time due to an alcoholic manager. My quesadilla was barely cooked and you can tell it was put in the oven rather than a pan or flat top. Disgusting. So horrible to customers and staff do yourself a favour and don't waste your money here.
Absolutely amazing food. Great service and reasonable price. We'll definitely be going back often. ****** I read some of the negative reviews and had to edit mine to say those posting negative comments must not have eaten there. Especially those saying the portions are tiny because the most definitely ARE NOT. I ordered two 6" dogs (the Poutine My Mouth and the Denver) no sides expecting that I would undoubtedly plow through two ... Nope. I barely finished 1 and a beer.I wish I could post pics because words don't do this place justice.*****
Fries were over seasoned. I ordered a small fries and chili cheese fries and both of them were very salty. The chili cheese fries were too salty to even eat. The hot dog I ordered was good though.
We had a good experience. My girlfriend and I both enjoyed what we got. I might ask to have my hot dog cooked a tad longer next time but we felt content after our meal. The place is a little dark and dingy but not too bad. Lots of potential. French fry portion served wasn’t as much as I maybe expected. Will be back to try some other dogs for sure.
Honestly….. I know it’s a hot dog place but Jesus Christ. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. How can a chef send that out the door? Clearly no pride. We got the pulled pork Sandwhich and buffalo mack and cheese. The Mac n cheese was literally cold as Ice, and then you guys put blue cheese on it when I specifically asked for no blue cheese, my girlfriend ate it and is allergic to it; so thanks for that. Also the pulled pork was dryer then the Sahara desert, no sauce what so ever , tiniest portions I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and buns were burnt…. And yawl are charging 17 for that? I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is a monstrosity.
