We recently hosted our wedding at this venue. Despite minor hiccups (that were remedied by the general manager Ted), our experience was excellent. Vivien is a dream to work with when it comes to planning events. If you get the chance to work with Vivien, you will not be disappointed! The food was superb and beautifully presented during dinner. We also wanted to publically recognize Kelly (our bartender) who was absolutely amazing to have to serve our guests. We also want to thank Thomas from the front desk, for such a wonderful experience during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event here in town.

Well first I have to say "check in" was friendly n affitiate no complaints there. As the day went on it became very unpleasent when several groups of young kids who were obviously in a ball tournament had the freedom to run all over the place screaming at each other running up and down the hallways and no parents supervision. When we returned from our dinner outing that's when it all went down hill!! Kids still screaming and running up and down the corridors and outside by the windows until 10:26pm. Finally after a few hours we decided to called the front desk again to get this situation under control so we could at least listen to our TV.We get nicely settled in and ready for our sleep but of course that didn't happen either. At 11:36 fire crackers goes off a couple rooms down, made us jump out of our skin. We looked out or window and 10 kids take off running. Again called the front desk and let them know now what was happening and this was getting very tiring. We were told the next morning during check out that the night time manager had cleared out 20 adults in 1 room drinking away so we then assumed that's is probably why these kids had the freedom to do what ever they wanted. We talked with the day time manager explained how very unhappy we were about the whole situations as well as 3 other guests waiting to check out with the same complaints and unhappiness especially when they charge $250. a night. After several minutes the manager offered us to book another room for a another time in the near future. We refused that offer as it was really hard to pick a day right on the spot. He then offered us $20 off our room which was a big insult. I did not want to accept this amount so he offered me $50 off for a very disrupted night. I guess that's the best he could do.Solution: Hire a security guard who can walk around at night especially during these type of group organizations bookings. Or book them all in the same area to keep better control of situations instead of disrupting the rest of paying guest.

They have these one cup coffee.. I like the old drip.. And only 2 coffee and 1 decaf??The bed was as always and why I stay... wonderful and pillows... YahooWashroom needs a good scrubbing but was clean...KO

In town for two days. Selected this location due to its proximity to the highway, shopping mall and stores and many restaurants close by.The check in was smooth. The booking was done under a package and came with a visa gift card through London Tourism (more later). The room was good and still does not come with daily turn up or new towels. Although available by request it is a hassle to do as as we have to commit to a call and perhaps time bound. The room had a king bed that needs a new mattress. The pillows were not comfortable and made the two nights longer than they should. The card given by the hotel, London tourism and the card issuer is useless and it got rejected right away at the mall and now when I see online it says the balance is zero. Trying to connect with the card issuer since the weekend (5 days ago) and still no luck. Not exactly the hotel’s fault but to select such a issuer is the hotel’s and London Tourism fault. Wonder if they test the card before selecting them.

Hockey Kids are everywhere on the weekend, running up and down the halls screaming late into the night; a few even bodychecked the door to our room while we were trying to sleep. It boggles me that these kids have no respect for others, and that their parents don't seem to have a care in the world. Not Impressed at all, This hotel is certainly not a good option for couples or solo travelers looking for some peace and quiet.

Beautiful hotel! It does show it's age a little bit but it is well maintained and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to the 401, a main mall (White Oaks) and lots of food options nearby. Worth it to pay a little more to stay here.Update: When staying here, to avoid noise, ask for a room away from the hockey kids (if possible). There were some running up and down my hall till after midnight. I didn't realize the hockey kids were back until I got comfortable in my room.

Great location off 401. Super clean place all over, lobby, elevator and rooms. Check-in and check-out was quick. Room service very responsive, it was on demand so they don't clean rooms daily unless you ask or call. Food option is poor, vending machine option is tacky for a Marriott. Starbucks in lobby which of course means no courtesy coffee or water in lobby so you have to buy, which is poor. There is no business area in the hotel to take meetings in quietly.

Mrs Mildred Garrett FX is a wonderful real binary manager. She was able to help me investment and make profit quickly and with ease. Mrs Mildred Garrett FX that every person involved in the deal was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciate Mrs Mildred Garrett FX attention to detail - she really went the extra mile for me. I had 4 different real investment and had no luck. Mrs Mildred was able to help grow my investment in 5 days. I would be happy to work with Mrs Mildred Garrett FX again in the future and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real investment manager. I look forward to our next deal! you can reach her on via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +15109044097

The rooms were alright. The front staff need to be trained on how to process a check out. They didn't refund my deposit correctly and now expect me to travel all the way back for them to issue it back to me. I obviously stayed in a hotel because I'm not from the area. I even confirmed with the desk clerk that it was issued correctly before walking away from the counter. She assured me it was done. I offered a easy solution as I still have a friend in the hotel and they won't issue MY money back to my friend. Terrible service. Oh and if you ever need to call there leave yourself loads of time. I called back 2 and half hours after their initial call, which they said they would call me right back, when they didn't I called them back and sat in hold for over 12 minutes.

I made a booking for a room at this hotel and the concierge was super rude to me.I reached early because of a snow storm and I needed a place to wait. I told the guy who’s working that I’ll wait and he rolled his eyes at me and hers exact words were “you’re gonna wait HERE?! Fine”.If this is how they treat paying customers I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.
