Rice vinegar and mushroom soy sauce, Much cheaper than Chinese grocery store, check out your local grocery.
Staff can be very rude and disrespectful sometimes but only a recurring issue with certain ones. Pricing is outrageous right now but that's not the stores fault at all. I will say though it's very disheartening to see all the plants they sell just wither away, nobody seems to ever water then and they seem to just be thrown on milk carts for display. None of the plants survived this year, there were at least 30+ plants completely dried up and burnt from the sun and just thrown around the side of the building like trash.
Every time I go to food basics no matter what location they are sold out of Double Double coffee cream. I would suggest increasing their orders
Great store and location. Friendly workers! Always has sales. Parking lot can be a little chaotic but overall my favourite grocery store in the area!
Your one cashier Heather is always outgoing happy friendly and professional. She is the only cashier in your whole store that i will go to.
The prices are great here all the time. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Fresh Fruit and vegetable quality is good. Good stock.
Store was clean, well stocked and had really great cashiers. I'd definitely go back to that location.
This is generally a good store. Good prices, well-stocked, and some harder-to-find items. For months now, however, there have been a number of cashiers that work and roam without masks. Pretty unlikely that this many people in one place have a real mask exemption. As observed by others, there is sometimes just one cashier working, and often without a mask. Whatever one thinks of the pandemic rules, these are the rules. Are other rules to keep your food safe not being followed?
Unprofessional stuff !!!!! Very bad service to treatment with customers .......I got a picture to confirm the price of a product, however, someone was sent to check again, ignoring the credibility of the customer!!!! Very bad
Tonight, while shopping, there was only one check out open. The cashier on that lane was not wearing any face covering stating that she "didn't follow the rules." In addition, using her loudest voice she told everyone that the owner will only staff three people at nights and that they want people to use self checkout. She advised the shift lead that she had better be paid more for answering the phone, selling lottery tickets and running the cash. She was completely unprofessional and disrespectful when discussing the employer. There was 20+ people who were waiting to cash out, and were forced to listen to her rant. Extremely sad
