Went there today for lunch. The restaurant was extremely under staffed and the server tried hard. But the food was just not good. I ordered the NY Pizza which is described as "hand tossed dough, large pepperoni, cheese and a second layer of pepperoni". What I received looked and tasted like a frozen no name brand pizza. My guests all ordered burgers and fries. All were over cooked and under flavoured. We really wanted to like this place.

I can honestly say this was our worst restaurant experience ever. we traveled 2 hours into London to attend a concert at Budweiser Gardens located directly across the road. we arrived and were seated at 5:40pm ( 2 hours before the concert started). After waiting more than an hour and a half....we left without dinner. We had to flag down our server to inquire about our meals. She advised that wait times for food were an hour ( it would have been nice to have known that before we were seated) . She checked with the kitchen and then didn't come back to follow up until we flagged her down again. Staff sauntered around and the manager chatted with friends in the bar area while ourselves and many other guests were basically held hostage waiting for our meals. We observed very little food being served. No sense of urgency. Spoke to the manager who was arrogant and didn't want to hear our concerns. He fluffed us off with "have a great night" a couple of times as we exited the restaurant (WITHOUT HAVING HAD DINNER) . He said " i cant help it if 2 ppl dont show up for work"! If a restaurant is short 2 staff members and can't deliver......there are bigger problems. Understanding the restaurant was busy with concert goers, the total 90 min wait and the treatment we received was completely unacceptable. If you are that busy and don't have enough staff to provide your guests with an enjoyable dining experience, then stop receiving and seating guests. Or at least be honest regarding wait times. We felt bad for our server Janelle who seemed to be the only one who was hussling. Given that this restaurant is located across from a sports and entertainment venue, they clearly weren't blindsided with the volume of business before an event. So it's fair to say that they weren't caught off guard. Their failure comes from not having a competent leader who knows how to manage situations of this nature with a Plan B. This restaurant gets a big fat zero from me on all levels

This place was fantastic! They served us instantly and were super accommodating after the knights game. The person who wrote the review about not getting napkins was extremely rude to the servers since the moment we sat down. And to top it off, they DINED AND DASHED! The servers were great, people need to be patient and realize the Earth does NOT revolve around them. I would 100% go back to fitz rays.
just tried this place for the first time tonight and may i say i was impressed! i got the chicken tacos and they were LOADED, the order came with 3 i ate one of them and the other too were just too big to eat so i mixed it all up and put it in a bowl turned into a chicken salad!(great menu idea) was hands down extremely good for the price!
Had an amazing experience because of my server Taylor! Couldn’t believe she said she was new. She definitely needs a $3 raise. Will definitely return.
