actually not half bad im a very picky eater but the subs here are fire puts the name fire house subs to work but i got the turkey bacon and im a new fan now will have to be back is kinda pricey but forsure worth the buck if you wanna fill your stomach the staff are very friendly got welcomed before i even walked through the door witch was a new feeling. but i told the stuff i would give a the best review possible hope this helps! #round up save lives!!
If we could give them 100 stars we would. Kid friendly, great staff, great food, clean location. The price is right, they could even charge more and I’m sure they would be equally as busy. The staff worked together beautifully. They even let us try on some fire gear. We will be back.
this was my first time and wont be the last time at fire house my sub was made hot and its a different taste than any other place i use to be hard jerseys sub fan but wanted to try something different cause its right across the street and am i glad its kinda pricey too for sure but worth it im leaving with a full belly and free drink for writing this review!. ps the cookies looked tempting but on a diet:(
I wish I could give more stars! The service was amazing and so was the food. My friend had never been to Firehouse before, and wasn't a fan of subs (she told me this when we arrived). She loved it and will be back for more! Staff was super friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome as we sat inside to eat.
The subs are awesome! I know of no sub company that can hold a candle to them. The flavour is unbelievable! The service was fast and friendly. The store was clean and neat. Plus you get the added bonus of supporting your local emergency services. It would be great to see franchises in all communities so that more areas would eap the rewards!
Always a great dinner choice! Something different from the other Sub/Sandwich place, many great favourable options. Be prepared to pay a little extra from the "other place" however it is worth it.
i used to love this location until i noticed a new manager in the building who not only reeks of cigarettes but berates his staff in front of customers. i was utterly disgusted by the sexist, patronizing, borderline dehumanizing way he spoke to that poor girl the day i came in. i had been served by that same girl (i believe her name is abbie?) many times before and she is an excellent member of the team, so i was especially shocked and appalled at his behaviour! that is simply no way to speak to a staff member or anybody for that matter… i will take my business to mr. sub if this is how firehouse treats it’s staff!
Amazing meaty subs. They don’t cheap out like their competitors.
waited like half an hour for our subs and soup... paid extra for mushrooms on my sub and soup... employee told me there were already mushrooms in the soup... took them home and both the sub and soup had 0 mushrooms, the soup was very watery and the subs were dry and unflavored...was very unsatisfied and will not be returning for the fact of the price I paid (((43$))) and terrible service we received! ?
Was terrible sandwhich my first and last time trying it. I went into order a turkey sandwich and had craving for fresh veggies and just a a simple toasted sandwhich.The offer a pickle on the side and that was the only thing good !The sandwhich was soggy not even toasted or grilledThe lettuce was old and the tomotoes pink not redIt’s was so bad I just fed it to my PomeranianNot even a good sauce or toppingTerrible customer service asking for a donation ?I work in healthcare I donate enough of my time to helping why don’t they work on making a good sandwhich and forget the side pickle.I hate when places have one item to excel at and the product is bad!Also the mile high counter don’t help - they don’t let you see whose making the food or what they even put on it.The staff were not friendly and no one looked happySo I felt bad about my experience there.
