Just went today and I asked specifically for no mayonnaise on my sub , and they put it on. My Wife asked for no mayonnaise on hers as well and they kept it off but didn't put the mustard as was supposed to be on it. We ordered a specific sub for our Granddaughter and they didn't put all the veggies she asked for and didn't put the cheese on her Cheese Sub. They screwed up all our orders and when I brought it to their attention , the girls just dropped their heads and didn't say a word. Will never go to Firehouse subs again. Useless people working at this Wonderland Rd. S. location !
Great place!We tried the Steak and Cheese as well as this other one for 11.49A bit expensive bit top notch quality wise.
There are so many different selections to choose from and there is even a vegan/vegetarian option as well for those who have that dietary requirement. The food was great but the people there were even greater, they are super genuine and caring.
How hard is it to take an order I asked for a steak and cheese with just barbecue sauce couldn’t be anymore simple get home and it’s got peppers onions and mayo not even the sauce I asked for absolute joke of a restaurant
Had the brisket. The blonde girl that took the order, didn't care much for her job, or maybe having a bad day. Said light bbq sauce, and she offered an extra pickle. ? Received extra sauce, no extra pickle.I added mushrooms... thank God. It added to it, but there was something missing that might of made it excellent. Unfortunately I couldn't tell from all the sauce.?I would suggest listening to the customers more.
One of the best places to get a sub. They are served hot (steamed) not cold like other places.
They've got everything figured out, but the price is ridiculous. $18.93 for a large beef brisket sub. Obviously I expect to pay more vs other options because it seems like there's a double portion of meat on there, but at that price I can't justify returning. Anyway, still 4 stars because everything else is spot on.
The price of a sub in this place is too expensive. I baught a large veg sub with no cheese and it costed me 16 dollars. Moreover, the variety of options for vegetarians is limited. The place is good, but only for meat lovers.
The subs are pretty damn good, but the prices are incredibly steep. RBI is set to/has acquired FireHouse Subs, so I'm somewhat concerned what the future holds (RBI acquired Tim Hortons and we all know they've never been as good).
