Prices went up 100% on the small milkshakes. I can understand adding .25, even .50 cents, but a dollar to a small milkshake is crazy. My disabled son can only have smooth, meltable things by mouth. He loved the Fast Eddie's shakes because he could join us without having to use his tube. That and the fact that we could get him a. 99 cent shake made it worth going. In addition, the price hikes were not added to the board, which is my main issue. The girl at the window was extremely rude about it as well. It felt like it was done in a very sneaky and underhanded way and I don't like to feel duped, especially by a place I trusted for such a long time .
Got three crazy fries at the drive-through. They just had a squirt of meat sauce at the very top and no cheese. Drove all the way back to the store to show them the fries asked if they could do anything for me they just smiled and said no sorry. Will not go back.
Ordered through Uber eats. Got the chicken burger and the veggie burger and crazy fries, nothing was hot, maybe warm that was it. Also don't think the veggie burger was cooked all the way through as I felt sick a couple hours after and may have food poisoning. Haven't ordered in a year and won't be ordering again.
All my friends know how much I like this place. I will drive like an hour to get it, I dont care. This is my favourite place for my classic American fast food cravings!My go to order is a burger, crazy fries and a shake. The only thing I dislike is their "bacon"..I suggest to avoid it because it tastes like death, and that is my only complaint. The staff is always friendly, generous, and accommodating even if you order right before closing time.

I used to love Fast Eddie's but this particular location has the rudest people working and absolutely terrible customer service. And all we asked was for napkins. We even used our manners which they had none of. I'm actually contacting thier head office because they can't be treating people like that. Sickening

They are dry and must be made well in advance. Also all the buns were burnt. ...But the service is quick and if you need a fast bite to eat.. even if the quality is not there, the service and value is a 3star.

This food was amazing and the service was great. We were out in the cold (-5) and we ordered and the food was made quick. The taste was great and the price is fantastic. Defienlty recommend this place for quality and price. Customer service was also great.
Heads up, when placing an online order, it would be good to phone, that's if you can get through to staff in reiterating the order to make sure it's correct. Otherwise you may not get exactly what is asked, as in special requests.Note: though not really into fast food, overall the food is fairly decent for something fast, and prices are so, so.
