I have Waited over a month for my animals medication. When I phoned to find out what was going on- I was met with sassy remarks and they did not take responsibility for Their own mistake. I’ve called multiple times while waiting and have had no results. I was told “it must have fallen”. My cat has seizures and has been in distress without his medication. Their own negligence has caused my animals immense distress. And they took my money for the medications! I have had to pay for substitutes while waiting for his medication. Finally got a refill - even tho they tried to hide this fact… when I asked to speak to the manager I was told to call back at 2:30. When I phoned - manager is unavailable if course
Absolutely amazingly! The clinic staff were super friendly and knowledgeable as well as helped out in every way they could. Vet is for low income households and definitely recommend
I foster cats/kittens and this place has always been a great place to go! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are knowledgeable and the service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend
EVAH Is great. A non-profit designed for low income pet families. They are caring and kind and the surgeon Dr. Shannon is wonderful. The best Vet your fur babies could ask for.
EVAH has always been a very pleasant place to go to even at the most hardest time, the picture I added was the last day I had with my dog. He was the best dog ever and EVAH made it such a memorable experience. Even with COVID going on they allowed us to have every last second with our favourite boy in a very private place, on the side of the building. It was all perfect. Thank you so much EVAH!
All my cats have been spayed here. They are friendly and caring. Explain process and after care multiple times. If you make under 40 000 a year this place can help you.
I find the people they're very nice they treat my dog with respect I couldn't ask for a better vet I just wish this covid would be get over with so we can experience the kindness inside too the respect for people is awesome too
Very friendly, a while ago our dog who was an 18 year old lab had to go to sleep. They were so sensitive and patient.

The veterinary clinic works great, they are skilled at what they do. The only issue is that since there good at the job everyone knows and theres always long lineups infront of the store to get in.
