Worst lunch experience ever had. The place was nearly empty, but we were seated in a booth with a burnt out light, the building was freezing. It took over an hour for soup and sandwiches. The soup was cold, the garlic bread, very tough. We had to hunt down our server twice for refill of coffee and tea. We were not even served water. The gentleman who served our food was unkempt and dirty. Honestly, if I have ever had a worse dining experience, I don't remember it.

The restaurant is less than half full, the bar is less than half full, the patio is fully empty, and they say it’s AT LEAST a 35min wait!It was the same 2 months ago when we last tried going here.Their ability to serve customers is absolutely horrendous!

Honestly this location has the most dog**** service of any location in London. We've had nothing but problems with this location and after giving it another shot, we won't be back. The 1st visit we had, I had to fetch a child seat ourselves because our server bailed on us, and it was dirty and covered in sauce. Then I personally was seated under a roof leak and had to move tables. We informed management about the leak.2 months later we visited again, were sat at the same area after waiting 15 mins to be seated on a slow day, and waited another 10 mins just for water.Same leaky roof, and I got wet and had to move AGAIN.We were issued an apology letter from the owners for a discount on another visit.3rd visitOur service was just bad. Our server left the menus at the table, ignored my wife 3 times when she was trying to tell them about running a coupon through their terminal and not the hand held credit machine because we experienced this issue before at a different location. After having a manager come over (named Cash?) To run us through, he was extremely cold and unapologetic. He basically tossed the card and machine down onto the table and when we thanked him for his help, he walked off without a word. Then we waited 10mins to be delivered a prepackaged child desert of goldfish crackers. This place just plain sucks. You won't be seeing us again. ESM is my wife's favourite place to eat, but we'll find somewhere new.Train your staff better and find new managers.

Jumbo shrimp Alfredo - 4/5Tasted good, but had too much sauce. Not a big deal and better than not enough.Chicken Parmigiana - 3/5The chicken was okay, but the pasta wasn't good and was not warm when served.Kids sliders & fries - 5/5The burgers were juicy and served with tomatoes and lettuce. Had to ask for sauces, but not a problem. Fries were good and cooked well.Kids spaghetti - 1/5My six year old loves spaghetti, but she wouldn't eat any of this and we didn't take it home. It tastes too sweet and the noodles were undercooked. This meal was also served colder.Servers were okay, no complaints. We probably won't go back though. Seventy dollars for pasta when two weren't executed well isn't worth the money.

Went with family last night, arrived around 7 and there were two other couples at the door waiting for a table, more than half of tables were empty and took roughly 45 min to get seated. The server was fairly quick and seemed to be trying to get our drinks and take our orders, we noticed very quickly he was the only on floor server in the entire restaurant. It took close to an hour to get our food after being seated and 5 out of the 7 orders were brought out and after waiting for the other two needed to flag server down and seemed to have forgotten the other two. 10 min later they were brought out only to have to take two bites of either realized they were not food that could be eaten. The chicken tetrazzini tasted like it was sanitized with hand sanitizer and nuked in microwave before bringing it out and the kids spaghetti the noodles were still crunchy not even cooked.

We came in on a Tuesday afternoon. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Only a handful of others were also dining. Service wasn’t good at all. I asked for a refill twice and was disregarded , I had to ask someone else who worked there who was walking past to please get me a refill. Our waitress didn’t check on us at all, but we saw her check on tables around us multiple times. For my first time here I would not go back or recommend this place.

My son and I chose to go to Eastside Marios for dinner last night, since it used to be one of our favourite places to eat and it had been a very long time since we had eaten there. When we arrived, several people were standing around and waiting for a table. The hostess told us it would be 25-30 minutes for a table. We were good with that, but surprised because half the tables in the restaurant were empty. I am sympathetic and understanding to staff shortages being a problem, so we chose to wait at the bar for our table. Soon after we sat down, the waitress/bartender asked if we would like a drink. We ordered 2 pops. She asked if we were waiting for a booth, I told her we were not, she said she was surprised, she had 4 regular tables available, and could sit us right away. At that point, we had been there for 5 minutes. I told her several people were waiting ahead of me, so I was not ok with jumping ahead of them. She left to the front, then returned to tell me they were all waiting for booths, which surprised me. But we went to a table anyway. Neither my son and I could barely fit in our table and chair because the tables behind us were so tightly packed together. We both had to sit with our chest right up against the table. Very uncomfortable. Never received menu's, but had about 2 minutes to browse the one at the bar. So we ordered. My son just wanted spaghetti noodles and butter, no sauce but would be charged full price for the dish. Almost $20. We ordered anyway because we were hungry. Bread came to our table, no butter, and couldn't get ahold of anyone to ask for butter. Finished our loaf without it, we were hungry. Half way thru my drink, I noticed my glass was filthy on the inside. Something thick. I just about barfed at the thought. I brought it up to the bar and told the waitress. Finally, our order came, my lasagna was pretty good, my sons spaghetti was the smallest portion I have ever seen. And he noted the noodles didn't taste very good. He didn't eat much. I ate half my lasagna, and asked for a take out container. 20 minutes pass, still no container. It finally came so I packed it up. Had to stand and wait for the bill because my back was killing me sitting so uncomfortably for so long. Paid the bill and got out of there. The waitress was very nice. I felt bad for her working in such a disappointing place. We will never return. Way overpriced and highly disorganized.

My daughter took her sister and I out for dinner last night and I must say that’s the most disappointing experience I’ve had at this location. I ordered a glass of wine and it was placed on our table having lip marks on two different sides of the glass. That is disgusting! It took about 15 minutes to get a garlic loaf and another 15 minutes after that to get our salads. We were there around 7 o’clock and the restaurant was not busy at all. Our waitress was nice but never once asked us if we wanted more bread or salad. Every time we needed something we had to flag her down and ask. The pasta was delicious but the overall experience was less than pleasant. I don’t think we will be going to this location for a while and we will be sure to let our family and friends know to go elsewhere if they want good service.

East Side Mario's Dundas (Argyle Mall)Lunch date with family today, Sat. Mar. 5thOur waitress was absolutely fantastic... food is sub par at best lately. Used to be one of my fav places to go. However, seriously unimpressed with management staff and how they handled a situation we had with our meal. His attitude lost me and my family as loyal customers!!! C-ya ?

I loved it. The service was great and the food was awesome I would 100% recommend this restaurant for family dinners!
