We've had breakfast here on 2 occasions now in the month of July when I've come home to see my mom in hospital.The breakfasts are fresh, nice selection to choose from and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Prices are also very reasonable too.Worth getting up for!
We we're staying in London for the weekend and Early Riser Cafe was our breakfast stop before driving back to Toronto. Our waitress, Q, was very nice and helpful. It was only her 3rd day but she did an amazing job. The food tasted great and it wasn't too expensive. If we're ever back in London we will be returning to Early Riser! Thank you Q!
Very, very, very good dinner fair served with a smile. The coffee is delicious the food is delicious and the portions are generous. Don't be put off by the drab exterior inside resides a staff and chef with hearts of gold. Its very comfortable and clean with a local neighborhood vibe full of happy peeps. All good and I find fairly typical of friendly London establishments but let me put it this way, you just know the food is prepared with love and is served the way the chef would want it served to him. Another London hidden gem.
Overpriced horrible food. Order the two two two meal and you get the bare minimum. No home fries no toast. Just 2 pancakes 2 eggs and 2 sausages. The food was terrible and incredibly overpriced. I would not give this place a chance. For 20$ a person with the tip I would go anywhere but here
Friendly staff, great food, reasonable price.Could see a lot of regular customers. This was my first time and from now me and my partner are gonna be regular visitors as well!
We go regularly for breakfast - always so good! Love the toasted westerns & toasted ‘Steve’ sandwich. (Like western but bacon instead of ham) They add cheese to them also!! Love the eggs Benny, smoked salmon Benny also - and simple traditional breakfast. Staff is always so nice, friendly and helpful.Need to try lunch there more often! ?
Disappointed with food and service. Pancakes were served lukewarm. Sunnyside eggs were underdone. "Toast" was just warm bread smothered in butter and unedible. We had 2 servers at the table and neither one knew what the other was doing. One came over, just looked at our table ominously and left without saying a word. Ran out of glasses for drinks so served cold drinks in a to go cup. They somehow managed to screw up water which was dirty and tasted as if it was from a puddle outside. First and last time we will be there.
Great place. Usually come for breakfast. Food and service is always great. They were in the weeds today and breakfast took about an hour. Food was a little on the cold side but to be expected as the place was jammed. They insisted on comping our meal. Very classy. We will be back. Smoked salmon benny is 5 star. Hot dog also amazing. Can't wait to try the fish and chips next time.
Took my granddaughter there today. First time there and I was very impressed. Excellent breakfast!!
