The The tuna bowl was great. The bigger better burger, wasnât better. After having a couple bites, I found the meat to be very dry. Also, the prices have increased drastically so the value for the meal is not worth it.
Great patio and delicious food. Our server was incredibly sweet, but she appeared to be working our entire section alone. Because of this, she wasnât able to check in/take our order we quickly as usual
Really expensive. Ordered pasta and it was dry and had little flavour. Would expect better quality for the price.
Food was very satisfying but the service was terrible. Waited for 10 minutes to be served when it was not busy then the waiter practically insisted we order our food at the same time we ordered a drink. Very unprofessional. I understand staffing issues but this was more of a training issue in my view. Restaurants charging high prices should not be rushing patrons trying to enjoy a relaxing night out.
Our server was great. We told her management should increase the range for percentage of tip for server. Especially for customers paying by debit. Thank you.

We love Earls. We used to live in B.C. and had one walking distance. We are from Waterloo and wish there was one closer to us.
Food was very good. Service was outstanding. Decor was very comfortable.
