Just got a burger there oh boy is it delicious and filling. Almost couldn't eat my fries, but they were too good to not finish
When I saw the sign that this was the #9 Best Burger Place in Ontario, I was excited to check this restaurant out.What I ordered:1 x Bacon Cheeseburger1 x Onion RingsWhat I liked:Service ✅ the service was top notch. There was someone training while I was there and they were still attentive. You can see they value customer service and have lots of ‘regulars’.Dining Area ✅ lots of seating. Booths and dining tables.Burger ✅ Burger was a solid 7.8/10. I can’t say that it’s the best in Ontario but could compete for the top 10 in London. The patty is thin which I like and large in diameter.What could’ve been better:Greasy ❌ let’s just say, the burger bun was glistening. The rings were very greasy but they just came out of the fryer soooo…. I guess that contributed to it.Fryer Oil ❌ I guess they use the same fryer for everything. The onion rings tasted like fish and chips which threw me off taste wise. I don’t think the oil has been changed in a while.Onion Rings ❌ due to the fishy taste and overall greasy coating, I added two in my burger and through out the rest. If you look at the photo though, they look great. I think if they dedicated a fryer to fries/rings, the flavour wouldn’t be dominated by other foods.Overall, the burger was decent and the service was outstanding so I may return. They also have a Philly cheesesteak that looked alright. Give them a try !! ?
They have pretty good food... But guys, you really need to start using separate tongs for your raw and cooked chicken. Please, please don't share the same tongs.
Food was just terrible our food was overcooked the gravy for the poutine was flavourless the place was messy used napkins all over the floor would not recommend. There lots of better places to eat then here
Yummy fries, flame broiled burgers..tried the salad this time, I was not a fan of the Greek salad. Other than the greek salad, the meal was perfect.
Ordered dinner for my husband and I for delivery. We placed the order around noon to be delivered for 5PM.It was delivered right on time. ?We ordered the two piece halibut and chips with chips for him and the chicken strips for me. I added fries and gravy to my meal.We unpacked the food and there was only one order of fries and no gravy.There was also no tartar sauce.I called 5he restaurant to have the issue resolved and was placed on hold.This was accomplished very old school by the phone simply being 0lacex down. I could hear everything in the background.They must have forgotten about me as no one ever came back to the phone.I waited about 5-6 .United before hanging up and trying to call again.The phone wasn't even answered.I understand mistakes are made and the order one order of fries turned out to be plenty for both of us. However, I did pay extra for a second order as well as the gravy that was never received. The tartar sauce would have been nice but is not a big deal.We have always enjoyed ordering from Danny's in the past which is why we decided to order there today.EDIT: I was able to speak to somebody at the restaurant and she looked into my order and told me that the reason the extra fries and gravy were not included is because they were not ordered.I could have sworn that I ordered both items. However, maybe I didn't. I went back and checked the prices on the menu and what my credit card was charged.The after-tax price of the items was 25.97. My credit card was billed $35.01.That means I paid just over $9.00 for delivery.That seems a bit steep.
horrible online experience went to website did online ordering said open til 1am . placed order. paid order with tip . get email saying order denied . then called store they ain't open and refund didn't come back and to go out my way to go to store to get cash !! very disappointed and discouraged to order from there again! so much missed informed information from Google time to deliver ordering stop at 10pm ! then why take the order ! sucks cause they came highly recommended but after this experience not too happy unfortunately
I really don’t understand why anyone would give this place more than 1 star. The man who appeared to be in charge had his mask around his chin and not covering his mouth or nose whatsoever when he prepped food for a skip order ahead of my pick up order. I politely gestured with my hands for him to lift up his mask, which he did but proceeded to tell me that masks were only mandatory for 7 more days. Welp, that isn’t today is it?! The 3 young employees working with him stood frozen in time, they appeared fearful of his reaction to me saying anything to him.The mushrooms are so greasy and hot - they melted right through the pactiv 188 foam container. A literal health risk to consume.I think the photos speak for themselves regarding the level of care for the food they present to their customers. I will not be returning nor recommending.
The service was not good, I waited 5 minutes to have my order taken. There was 1 other person in the store before me. As I was waiting someone walks into the back, doesn’t wash hands or anything and leaves. Then when they were ready to make my food the person making had to ask me what goes on a gyro ? I will not be returning here as they more worried about chatting with friends than having good customer service and ensuring they know their menu.
Skip the dishes recommend you to me and your burger was amazing and you easily have the best onion rings that I've ever had keep it up
