Went through the drive thru for a small and medium Blizzard. $16 later...at the window were handed soup! We had to drive home to throw it in the freezer. I understand it was a hot day...but whatever happened to the old school days when they used to turn it upside down with the red spoon for you before they handed it to you?

I went there with my friends yesterday and the ice cream part was great. But the service needs to be worked on. My friend order 3 iced waters for me, her and our other friend. THE WAITER GAVE US ONE. Then my other friend went up to order and the workers looked at us then walked away. We waited there for 5 minutes before someone would help us. Then they finally came and helped us and my friend ordered 2 iced waters for me and her and the waiter only gave us ONE, AGAIN. I think waiting for those waters took 10 years off my life. If it was possible I would give this place 0 stars. The waiters also had no name tags. This is nota proper work place.

This place is one of my favorite places to get ice cream with their blizzards and their chicken is one of the better of fast food. However this location is in the same spot as the star bucks and the drive through is easily the worst in London.

Very expensive. Really long wait for food, 15 to 20 minutes waiting in parking lot for drive through order. The person working the window basically threw my blizzard at me and said go wait. What ever happened to service with a smile.

I thought I'd give this location another try aftera 2 year boycott. The drive thru order board has a sign on top strongly suggesting no cash be used. I'm not using my credit card or debit card to pay, so it's going to be cash.I order and get told to drive up, without knowing the total. As I get to the window, I see that all of the windows are covered so you can't see anything inside. After waiting 5 minutes for some kind of interaction, I left. This location hasn't gotten better over the past 2 years, it's gotten worse!After reading other reviews I see that DQ Customer Service replies about how sorry they are to hear about our experience at this location.My original complaint 2 years ago got the same response and after 3 times of being told the store manager will contact me and not getting any contact I can't believe this location is still in business! DQ Customer Service, this location is giving your brand a very bad name and you sem to be okay with it!

The Blizzard is as soft as slime. They said it's because it's too hot!

i have ordered 4 smoothies from there.they were used only ice and also charge extra for less ice . After then again they put more ice in smoothies and not good in drinking. just waste of money. They dntknow how to make.. brainless

Usually this place is great. Went this evening and got a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard. Couldn't eat it. The filling pieces were very stale. The squares of Graham crust were mushy and tasted moldy. The strawberry flavour tasted of over ripe berries. Just awful.

There was so many things wrong with this order. The first and most obvious is there is MOLD on my boyfriend's burger buns? Of course we noticed much too late? Secondly we were asked three times what kind of drink we wanted, still going the wrong one. There was supposed to be a sundae with the meal and we never received it. There was no way I was going to eat my food after seeing the poor quality the restaurant stands behind.I showed the manager and she was very apologetic and offered to make us a new burger. Yeah right! No thank you.I paid over $20.00 in total and was refunded less then $8.00.

Me and a friend both ordered cheeseburgers, before we even got the food the wait time was unbelievable with no other cars waiting, once we got the food and got home we noticed the burgers were very badly cooked with a cheap amount of toppings, a almost non existent amount of ketchup and mustard with one single pickle.... that's not even the worst part, the burgers made both of us very sick to the point of being physically ill, this is unexpectedly and I have never experienced this at other DQ locations of any other fast food restaurants. I will never go back to this location, very upset over not just the bad service and bad food but that we both became ill after eating. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
