If the online ordering would actually work that would be nice. I was asked to do it online but the site doesnt work. Tried different devices. Comes up as an unexpected error on the page. Also keeps making me choose the location over and over and wont respond. Fix your online ordering. Really frustrated and disapointed how difficult the site is when it shouldnt be.

It was great, your typical Dairy Queen experience. We went at around 2pm on a REALLY hot day and there weren’t many people which was great. We had an Oreo blizzard and a sundae (yes they did flip the blizzard) and it was delicious.It’s a cute little Dairy Queen but be aware that they don’t have many hot food options (i.e. chicken fingers, burgers, etc.)
Non dairy ice cream is often meltie but it's only thing my youngest can eat. Today I got one and handed it to her...there chocolate broke and the entire thing was completely melted idnside..went into car USB ports etc... can't believe they can't keep a little bar cold...maybe it's just this location, but will remember this from now on
I live close to it, and it was nice to get dairy queen. Very happy it stayed open. Great ice cream and it satisfied my cravings!
Worst experience everI am never going back at this storeJust my card got decline twice coz they are not accepting American express, and the employee named OOMMEN MATHEWS shouted out a loud to me and treated me very bad and started abusing meSenseless peopleI would suggest going to dq at Masonville mall rather than this store which has employees like oommen mathews with full of agression and short tempered.And at last knowingly he spoiled our milkshake which we ordered and when i asked for my receipt he just threw the receipt on the table. That guy dont even have mannersNever going back to this store and would suggest dq company to take action against that employeeElse i would suggest everyone to not visit this dq.
