Hot inside like there is no AC, stinks, cant find a clean table to sit at, patio tables are concrete from the 80s with exposed rusty rebar
This place has a great selection and a team of staff that are always willing to go the extra mile.
Honestly, just the slowest place I've been, ice creams are great, starting to get pricey tho. Seems like Noone works front counter, and drive thru is equally as slow. And its been this way for a long time. Seems like kids run this place. Should have kept Warncliff DQ instead.
Prices are fair, family of 5 under $30.00 for ice cream, washrooms not so clean, they were quick considering how busy it was, overall not to bad
Bought a dairy queen ive cream cake and asked for writing on it.. the girl rushed through the writing so fast that you could barely read the last part of it and it was all messy looking. Super disappointed ! So unnecessary considering there were barely any people in line at all and 3/4 of the people in line had already been helped :(
Went there 3 days ago for late lunch and the food was cold and buns where stale. Manager was very rude and wouldn’t replace the food. Will never eat there again.
We ordered two burgers and two onion rings. The option on Doordarshan let's you remove a patty from the double burgers. That's what we did. When our meal arrived my buger still had2 patties( which looked like one patty, toppings hid the second one. My b/f's burger had no patties on it. Why would someone make a burger with no meat? If they were confused they could have made a quick call to us since our number was on the order. The best part is when he called to ask them for a burger with patties the employee wouldn't listen and kept telling him, "but you removed a patty". Yes he did, but the burger started out as a double. The employee hung up on him several times and wouldn't listen at all. The manager called back and apologized, but were useless to help. Train your employees to do their job properly
These people should al be fired and new people hired. shame on you dair queen. place is dirty dirty like sticky floors and wen u look in window from drive threw its floor is all gross people workin coughing making my kids blizzerds and like dirty people dont look like they shower much. it wasnt busy and the dude take like 10 minutes for flipping blizzerds the toppings wasnt mixed in deep and it was like not enough topping. the top 2 inch had a bit of topping the rest of it is just wite ice cream and nothing mixed in. tired of being ripped off by this guys here. i dont like to say bad things but its always dissapointment here and the worst thing is my kids love dq from going to fleetway and warncliff so i gotta keep going back but smh LOL. Start doing ur jobs and make peoples food proper we pay $$$$ for it man.
Place had been dirty since new ownership. Slow service, and now they changed their burgers, the meat is different and I don't believe they are even charbroiled anymore. Tasteless and gross. Went from my favorite burger to the bottom of my list. Will never order a burger from DQ again.
The price for tossed chicken strips and poutine is getting very expensive plus they took forever for my order so I'm pretty sure that I won't be coming back for awhile
