Really good food. Staff was too new though. Didn't know how to tray drinks properly.
Bad customer service from an older employee, stood up to help, and was completely hostile. I went in to purchase a made cake for Monday and wanted to add extra icing hence why I'm in today(sat), she told me infront of customers angrily "I'm not gonna stand around all day to do that" I tired to tell I had it done before and I'll pay willing to pay for extra time, work and icing, she wouldn't even listen or let me speak she spoke over me and cut me off "I'm sure you did" who talks to customers like that!!

Great fast sevuce a shame though DQ coupon mailer you can only use 1 coupon per person per visit but when you are by yourself picking up food your spouse that's at home. 2 coupons would be a bit more realistic my opinion.

For vegetarians and vegans you can't get really much of anything at dairy Queen. Met up with friends 3 weeks ago, they ordered, i just had to bring something else from another place to eat. DQ needs to start getting with they times. And this is not a jab at this location, this is just a thing in general.
The ice cream was yummy but the staff weren’t really listening to our order we had to say it 3 times! I only come a few times a year.
Great place for a quick snack and dessert. Their ice cream cakes are always delicious and most flavours would be in stock. It’s usually quiet and no lineup but their service is fast and efficient.
Absolutely great service.... best customer service skills I've encountered in a restaurant!! Food was fast n fresh. I'd definitely recommend & go back!!!.
