This was the worst "gelato" I've ever had. Gelato is supposed to be kept at lower temperatures so it maintains its creamy consistency even though it's lower in fat. This was like chunky ice. I threw mine out.
I ordered a lemonade. I definitely didn't get a lemonade. It tasted like Oasis guava/mango juice mixed with some lemon. Baked goods were underwhelming.
My chai was OK and I can't say my scone was all that special to be honest--I feel I've had better. It's a nice, quaint little Cafe with a table full of takeout options.
Wonderful chai lattes! Also the banana bread is great.
BAD BAD BADWell maybe they serve good stuff (as i didn't try them, and i won't), but Definitely they don't know how to deal with customers and run a business, on Google map it says they close at 6pm Tuesday, called them at 4pm to make sure what time they close(as 6 is a weird time to close), a woman answers and said we close at 4pm today ?(even more more weird), i told her how come a cafe close at 4?, her answer was we already working 100hrs a week and there is no staff, and she hang up the phone ? can you believe that!!! Even before i finish, i wanted to ask her about Wednesday ??♂️????

Delicious and unique experience. A definite favorite place to always try something new. My tastebuds are never disappointed with all the options. And they make their own Gelato too!!!
I thought I would stop in to "Support Local" .I do not know if the young girl was just overwhelmed or having a Bad day. Cappuccino was great...but not much in my cup for a "large" . Lovely cookies laid out on the table....picked some up as I was hoping to pick up a breakfast type sandwich. Nothing of that sort on the menu. Only coffee, Tea and ice cream. No hot foods....to go.Customer Service was lacking. All she needed to do was Smile....it would have made all the difference. ?This was the Southdale location. I have heard that it is different at the Mt. Brydges location.This was my second try at Southdale, and sadly, the last one. Next time....Mt. Brydges.
O'Joes beans are great and so are the treats. Would love to see more variety of take home beans
