I updated my previous 5star review to a 1 star. The owner Bill needs to let his staff and managers handle the store instead of him. Had a dispute over prices/promos and his conduct was not acceptable. Maybe take some leadership and customer service courses? :) Will NEVER come here again with his unprofessionalism. I'm a regular customer too. Tried blaming his staff for the error.. His words "new waitress" instead of taking ownership and responsibility. Sad. Maybe too cheap to hire a manager too? No manager in site, only him... Hire someone with experience in customer service and the food industry. Said he worked there 17 years. I can tell! Especially by how he treats customers. How he apologized? By walking over, saying "sorry" quickly while continuing to walk by. Amazing service! *Eye roll* ?

Went there for the first time yesterday for their half-off apps after 9pm (w/ purchase of a drink). My friend and I both had their 'triple thick' milkshake. It was the thinnest milkshake I have ever had (Eggnog is thicker). My friend said it was the worst milkshake he ever had.I got their buffalo quesadilla, which turned out to be bland fried chicken bits and raw tomatoes wrapped in a cardboard store-bought tortilla. There wasn't even any cheese in it ("Queso" means cheese, guys).The price is right and the service was fine. I wish the food was better. I might have to find another place to hang out with friends.
Overall great quality off food, especially the smoky bacon flatbread.. the waitor I had though, on the other hand, was disrespectful. 30 year old, tall blonde girl spent almost all of my dinner flirting with my boyfriend that I am clearly on a date with. By the of the night our date was ruined due to it and her calling him “babe”. Will be going back to crabby joes, but never again this location.
We made a fantastic pit stop at crabby Joe's after a huge disappointment at the captains boil I simply couldn't imagine eating out of a plastic bag. Crabby Joe's saves the day and next time we are in London we will definitely stop by. Great prices great food and great service no plastic bags.
A great neighborhood watering hole. Super friendly staff, and lots of familier faces. Good pub-grub, in a friendly setting.
Awful experience at this restaurant. I asked the waiter if the beer batter fish had alcohol in it. he laughed and said they don't put alcohol in fish. later when i got home and googled and found they use beer for the batter. alcohol is against my religion. On top of that My husband found a hair in his plate when he was almost fully done eating. and the waiter told him that could be your own hair and didn't say anything else. we will never go there again.

Our waitress Angel made our dining experience memorable. Obviously not her first rodeo as I told her. I know who's section we'll be in next visit. And let's not forget the great food. My lunch the next day doubled the experience.
